I was at work and my son was to let the estimator in the house. The person never did find the house (no numbers on mailbox) and my son slept through all attempts to contact him. I called and apologized for my part and rescheduled a second appointment for 10/30/06 at 3:30pm when I would be there. I was home 15 minutes early and put our house number clearly on both sides of our mailbox. I waited two hours 15 minutes before I called to see why no one had showed. There was no answer so I left a message to call me. I got no response so this morning I called again. I was curtly told that the man called twice from the truck, that he still couldn't find the house, and since no one answered, they wouldn't be coming back out again. We are 2.13 miles from their office on the SAME STREET!!!
Description of Work: I called on 10/26/06 for an estimate on a total top-to-bottom housecleaning. I indicated that it needed to be done before 11/9/06. I was assured this would be no problem and we made an appointment for 10/27/07 at 10am.
