Provider always came when he said he would, or phoned if traffic or other issues. Usually 7 am - 4 pm. Very efficient worker, well organized. Will obtain material of good quality and do complete job, but will upgrade and will work with you if that is your preference. Indicates potential problem issues in advance and provides scenarios and cost options. Initially people in my neighborhood put bathroom renovation jobs out to bid. Caspian comes in with low bids and excellent jobs. After that he has gotten repeat business from neighbor to neighbor. I don't call anyone else any more.

We couldn't have asked for a better person to help with our kitchen floor. My husband spent months researching flooring products, and decided to go with Forbo's Marmoleum Click because it is a Green product which boasts it's easy installation. However, after my husband leveled the floor and attempted to put in the product by himself, he encountered a lot of problems. That's where Mr. Salasi came in. He came, re-leveled the floor professionally (because my husband hadn't done it 100%), and began to install the Marmoleum Click. Although he got further than my husband, he also encountered issues with the tongue-and-groove clicking system. It was reassuring to have a professional with more than a decade of experience state that there are issues with the product, and not my husband's capabilities. We fought with the store where we purchased the product to have it returned, and were met with a lot of opposition. Finally, a Forbo distributor came out to our house to look at the work Mr. Salasi completed with the product. Mr. Salasi came to our house while the distributor was there, and honestly, if he hadn't come with his expertise, we most likely would have been out of the $1,026 we paid for the faulty product. With Mr. Salasi's help, we received a full refund, and even though we were back to square one, Mr. Salasi still gave 110% in helping us to decide our next steps. We ended up going with a tile floor, and Mr. Salasi offered us the option to purchase the materials needed for its insallation (we picked up the tiles on our own), or for him to purchase it and have us reimburse him. This was helpful because we have busy schedules, and he knows what he needs, so it saved us time,. Each time Mr. Salasi was scheduled to come to our house, he was punctual, friendly, professional, thankful for the opportunity to work, did the job quickly and efficiently, and never left a trace of his work (meaning he completely cleaned up after himself). He was honest in his assessments of the situation, his pricing was fair, and he never once made us feel like we were bothering him by having to go back and forth with the faulty Marmoleum Click product. In fact, he was on and by our side the whole time. This was a great relief for 2 first-time homeowners encountering their first huge problem. I almost wish we had more flooring to do just to be able to work with Mr. Salasi again! It is very rare to find someone these days who is punctual, fair, and cares not only about the quality of their work, but also the people for whom they are working and their personal property. The contractor arrived on time and began work immediatly. He worked quickly and efficiently with the aid of an assistant. He explained every detail of what he was doing as each area was worked on. I was very pleased that he took the time to do that so I would be satisfied with the final look. After the job was completed he put new casters on the furniture so that it could be moved without damaging the floor. I was extremely happy with the outcome. It has made my home look completely different.

I made an appointment to receive a free estimate from Mr. Salasi, who is the owner, on Oct. 8th. He arrived at the scheduled time with his floor samples. I told him that I was looking to replace my carpet with laminate flooring and he guided me through the selection process to purchase what was best for my home. There were no pressure tactics used and he didn't try to get me to buy the most expensive flooring because I stated that I wanted something durable yet not terribly expensive since I am a retiree. I was very pleased with the flooring we both agreed upon. The date for the work was Oct. 14th. Mr Salasi arrived, once again, on time, with one assistant. They worked expeditiously and competently. After all the work was completed they cleaned up their work area and placed all of the furniture back in its original position The flooring is simply beautiful and makes my home look so much richer. To say that I am pleased is an understatement! I have already spoken to him about future projects.
