It went great. we have used them in the past and have been very happy with their services.

We have several issues. our sale experience was very good. Erin was very helpful and went through many options with us. The installers came on time Thursday morning, they worked very fast and seemed professional. Half way through the job they informed me that they had to take up the tiles in the foyer because several were loose. The issue was explained to us by a different sales person and we decided to pay approx. $300 more to have a continuous floor. That was fine with us because we want it to look nice. Due to the flooring issue, what was supposed to be a 1day job took 2. We were able to make this work and the workers were on time at 8am the next day. This is where the problems started. We were not home when the workers left and when we came home we saw several issues: The grout in the kitchen and bathroom were the grey color we ordered to match the slate looking tiles. The grout in the foyer was a bright white and it was obvious that they didn't match. The transitions we had ordered to match were not installed. They had installed metal transitions instead. There is a large indentation in the middle of one of the tiles in the hallway. The workers came out the next week and fixed all the issues listed above. I have just noticed a week later that there is another spot where the tiles are coming up or were not installed properly. I'm not sure what went wrong.

Started by reviewing options with Micheal at the store. He was very straight forward and honest throughout process. He allowed us to take home samples for as long as we needed. Per Micheal's suggestion,we ended up buying a new flooring product from a company called Avante. It was a good choice for us and more affordable. We are very happy with our choice of product. The installation was fine as well. The crew showed up on time (actually 5 mins early) . They worked non stop all day and did a great job. Not even a lunch break. I thought the quality and detail of the install was way better then the last floor I had put in by someone else. Some of the best trim work I have ever seen. I would use this company again and would not hesitate to recommend them to others. It was nice to use a smaller local business and get good value and quality.

They were competitive with price. Their customer service was very good. They came out to the home a couple of times. I had a problem and they came back out to fix.

I use them all the time. They are a 5-star company. They know what they are talking about. They are very fair in their pricing and how they deal with me if there is a problem, and that almost counts more than if their price is better. The people know what they are doing. There is no messing around and no switching things. It is the best customer service - 100 percent the best. The quality is about what I pick, and they have too much in their showroom. I have always gotten what I asked for.

They were top notch to work with.We were trying to match prefinished wood with floors finished on site. They were nice and helpful from start to finish. No hard sell but made sure I had the info I needed. Ultimately it turned out that the manufacturer's trim pieces did not coordinate well with the actual flooring. Michael personally went out to search for adequate replacements. He obviously spent a lot of time trying to find a good substitute. Though it turned out that the substitute did not work well in our house, they issued a refund for the trim pieces. No hassle and very pleasant. I would definitely make another purchasefrom them.

They had a good selection. The staff was good.

THE OWNER OF THE STORE WAS GREAT, I HAD A GREAT QUOTE, HE KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING, WE AGREED ON PRICE, BUT HE SENT A NEW SUBCONTRACTOR WHO DID A BAD JOB AND A REPLACEMENT HAD TO COME OUT AND FINISH THE WORK. ONLY THE SUB CONTRACTOR WAS BAD IN THIS CASE, THE RATING SCALE BELOW DOES NOT GIVE LEE WAY FOR SUBS ON A JOB, THE COMPANY IS GOOD AND I WILL USE THEM AGAIN, ONLY IF I they CAN GUARANTEE WHO WILL BE DOING MY JOB
