They are good people. They are fast, courteous, and fair with the pries.

Braun Moving is a great moving company. I highly recommend them. I used their services twice. Each time, they were punctual, professional and reliable. They move quickly and were careful with all of my belongings. They are trustworthy and competent. If I'm ever in the Baltimore area again, I will use their services a third time. Excellent job!

I was pleased with their responsiveness and communication when scheduling the move. It was no problem to schedule the date we needed. I gave Braun an inventory of our house, including all furniture and the number of boxes in advance. The day of the move, three movers arrived on time and they carefully handled our stuff and did a good job of wrapping and securing the furniture in the truck. The movers were very hard working and only really took a break for lunch. However, the truck was not big enough for all of our furniture, even though we'd given them an itemized list of what we would move. Specifically, there was no room for our upright piano. We were not charged the quoted additional cost of $100-$150 for moving the piano, but this was still an inconvenience because I had to coordinate a separate moving date to transport the piano. My second complaint is very minor. Toward the end of the move, one of the movers grumbled about having to move a piece of furniture to the 4th floor of the house. I had given the movers the number of flights to get our quote, and I found that attitude to be unprofessional. But that was the only instance of unprofessionalism I witnessed. In general, I have and will continue to recommend Braun to people who don't have a lot of stuff and who are moving to or from 1- or 2-story locations. I will not recommend them to someone with unusual pieces of furniture, like pianos, or who have many flights of stairs.

Everything about them is good.

I was in the process of closing on my house so i called and scheduled a date and time for the move. At the very last minute the closing date was pushed back. I called and they were able to work with the new date and time even though it was only a 24 hour notice. I was so shocked they were able to do this but was so grateful they were able to accommodate my request. They were extremely professional and reassured me this would not be a problem. I had received an estimate from another moving company a few weeks before and it was $1500.00. So of course I looked around and Braun Moving was able to do this for almost half the price. They were ontime, friendly, and they were able to move my 800lb safe that I had! I thought moving would be such a major stress but having these guys elevated all of my stress and worries. I didn't have to lift a finger even though I kept trying to help. They were so quick and careful with everything I didn't need to. I had a ton of furniture enough to fill a 3 bedroom house and they came well prepared to handle everything and brought a 3 man crew. If I move again I would definitely use this company.

They showed up exactly when they were supposed to. The crew of four worked hard and fast and didn't break anything. Their price was much better than another estimate. Couldn't have asked for more.

Braun moving was recommended to me by a friend who had used them last year for an out of state move. I was able to get a call back quickly and was able to get the day I needed. I had to compromise and take a later time as the earliest time was not available, a decision I came to regret. I decided to go with Braun as they were the best price of all movers and my friend had a positive experience. The team was supposed to arrive at around noon time, and did not arrive until nearly 3 p.m. The person at the office was good about answering the phone but didn't get the movers there on time. When they finally arrived they were a team of young men. Only one really seemed to know what he was doing. They worked quickly and were fairly efficient. In general, I was happy with their work, until afterwards. Later I realized that they had put a large scratch into the floor of the elevator of the bldg I was leaving and had badly damaged a desk. They didn't mention either issue and actually attempted to fix the desk with a screwdriver. My husband had to take it apart and try to repair. It's still a mess. I realize that these things happen but they should have copped to them. I also felt pressured to give them a bigger tip than I wanted to and that was BEFORE I knew about their sloppy work. I would not use them again.

Exceptional. 3 movers showed up at about 8:45 am on Memorial Day. They were quiet, polite and worked very hard. We were paying them by the hour, so we were a little worried that they would have the incentive to work slowly, but they didn't. They worked in 95 degree heat and only took one 5-min water break (and asked our permission before they did). We have a lot of stuff, and we had a few things not completely packed up when they arrived, but they were willing to pack whatever needed to be packed. The original quote was for about $900 ($95/hr for 3 movers at 9.5 hours before tip) and we put down a $50 deposit. They completed the job in 8.5 hours for a total bill of just over $800. We tipped each of the movers $60. Additionally, we were worried that our seller wasn't going to have all of his stuff out in time, so we called them right before the move and asked if they would be able to move his stuff out if needed. They were perfectly happy to do whatever it would take in order to get the job done (it turned out that the seller did get out, so we didn't need the extra help). We were ecstatic with the effort and result. Would definitely use again and recommend highly.

Very smoothly. The woman who made the appointment for me was professional and helpful. The guys who did the move arrived at 8:45am (I had been told 9-10am) and worked quickly and carefully. They were very polite and quiet, and they did a great job of loading the truck so that everything fit. The cost was significantly lower than any of the other companies I spoke to ($80 an hour for two men and a 16-ft truck, plus one hour travel). A couple of items might have gotten slightly dinged up, but nothing was broken. Everything went much better than I had expected.
