This guy was nice but his prices were way way too high for what we want to do. so far its been very frustrating, but what can you do? another man came and offered us a lot less so we went with him.
Description of Work: It's complicated, we are looking to update our older home, we would like to restructure our home and do some remodeling.

He arrived as scheduled the day after I called. Thorough inspection of the home from attic (roof and supports) to the basement. He analyzed the cause of the problem and formulated alternative solutions. Everything I expected.
Description of Work: Inspected and advised on structural issue related to sagging floor.
