+ -1 moreVery nice showroom with excellent fabric collections, but good luck in getting any help. I was in the showroom for over an hour-no one ever approached me to see if I needed any help. I finally brought the sample books to the front desk and asked to take some samples home. After choosing several possible fabrics, I requested an estimate to reupholster my sofa. I followed directions by a staff member to e-mail her photos of the sofa with its dimensions. I never received an estimate despite repeat requests by both phone and e-mail. I ended up giving my business to another store.

+ 0 moreOVERALL THIS WAS A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE. MOST OF THE STORE DECORATORS ARE TALENTED BUT IT IS POSSIBLE TO GET ONE WITH LESS THAN DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE WHICH WAS, IN FACT, WHAT HAPPENED IN MY CASE. IN GENERAL THEY CARRY UPSCALE FABRICS AND ACCESSORIES AND DO A GOOD JOB.
Description of Work: LIVING ROOM AND DINING ROOM WINDOW TREATMENTS, TWO NEW CHAIRS, NEW FABRIC ON TWO STOOLS AND VARIOUS PILLOWS. TWO STOOLS AND FOUR CHAIR PILLOWS RECOVERED IN KITCHEN.
