+ -1 moreMy air conditioner stopped blowing cool air. After going outside to check the compressor, it was very hot, making a horrible noise and the fan was not blowing. I was referred to Gordon by family and couldn't be more grateful. I called at 8:12 am and Gordon returned my call before 9. He came that morning and fixed my compressor. He could not have been kinder or more responsive. I'm a couple of years away from doing it, but I want to upgrade my older system. I won't call anyone else. I could not have been more pleased. THANK YOU MARYLAND AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING!

Description of Work: Mr. Gordon Smith, owner, came out and installed a thermostat. But while he was there, I asked if he could come back to my guest bathroom. Once there I asked if I could get an estimate on an air floor register. He was very polite but unlike others that I have talked to about the lack of a register, Gordon asked if he could get under the bathroom through a crawl space or a basement. I showed him to my basement where he found a working air duct going to my guest bathroom. We went back to the bathroom and found a floor register that had been hidden under my guest bathroom sink/vanity. It appears when my house was built nine years ago it was enclosed by the builder. One of the many mistakes made by my builder. Gordon not only didn't charge me for the extra work there he gave me a an extra register cover he had. I would recommend Gordon and his company to anyone that is looking for an honest contractor.
