We specialize but are not limited to full bathroom and kitchen remodeling. We are an all in house company pricing ourselves on knocking out the middle men (subcontractors). We believe that the quality and customer service is better when the work it started and completed by the same crew through the entire project. We offer many other services including flooring, painting and more. All the way down to finishing basements. See what we can do for you.

We here at Bradford Renovations LLC offer a wide range of renovations, including but not limited to full bathroom and kitchen remodeling, basement renovation, and full basement design and building. We also offer full flooring of all hard surface flooring excluding carpet. We offer full deck design and builds as well as deck refacing. We also install exterior doors.

Converted a loft into a room. We went with Bradford Renovations and couldn't be happier with the results. In just two days, they completed the project. They did significant prep to keep drywall dust contained. Results turned out great.
Description of Work: Tear down existing railing. build a sound deadened wall to seal off loft area with Safe N Sound rock wool, two transom windows, drywall, painting and trim. Spray in foam insulation for R39 value on wall above garage..

I wanted to have the bathroom in my spare bedroom remodeled so I got 3 estimates. Although Bradford Reno was not the cheapest it was the connection I felt with Jon and his ideas that convinced me. His vision aligned with mine and I'm so glad I gave his company the job. His crew was amazing. They were very professional, did great work and were respectful of keeping my home clean. They vacuumed and mopped when they were done. Need to hire them to clean the rest of the house. :-) Jon was fun to work with and his crew are the best. Would recommend highly.
