Description of Work: Seymour Design replaced the seawall at our summer cottage in southern Maryland. It took almost 8 months to get the proper permits and approvals and Mr. Seymour kept in touch frequently to let us know how things were going (or not going!) and provided us with excellent advice on what we needed to do to keep the process moving. Once all of the permits were obtained, the seawall was built quickly and is beautiful and very well done. We had one small question (not problem, just question)about an aspect of the completed wall and Mr. Seymour himself dropped by the site the next day to check and respond to our inquiry. Mr. Seymour is very easy to work with, a very nice guy, with a good understanding of his business and a strong desire to do a good job. We would recommend him and his company highly
