Owner, Ken, is outstanding communicator and extremely responsive. Easy to work with. The crew he sent to my home was courteous and respectful and incredibly efficient. They cleaned up after themselves after each day and were conscientious regarding safety precautions. This was a big job - hardwood and baseboards in entire house. They were in and out in less time than I had anticipated. When I had a last minute scheduling blip and needed to postpone the start of the job, the owner was very understanding and adjusted accordingly. Cathy, who works in the office, is excellent to work with and very responsive. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I would not hesitate to use them again and would recommend them to my parents or friends.

Patuxent Flooring & Design was subcontracted to C&C Complete Services to refinish the American cherry hardwood floors in our house following major water damage to our house over Memorial Day weekend. Wayne and Donald showed up every day at the precise time they said they would. They were exceedingly professional and demonstrated superb attention to detail in restoring the floors to their original installation condition. They also were very patient in answering our many questions on the refinishing process.
