"After having gone through four contractors who made big promises of written estimates which never materialized, my expectations of this company were pretty low. But when I reached out to Misha's Home Improvement I received a prompt and courteous reply. We made an appointment to meet at my house. Misha arrived at the appointed time (to which I arrived late) he walked up to meet me, holding a clipboard and measuring tape in hand. We shook hands and I realized right away that I was dealing with someone of a higher caliber. When we walked through the house I stated my requirements only partially whereupon Misha offered ideas and options. Every room. Methodically. Misha took measurements and we parted company. I had no appreciation for how much information he was taking in during our visit. A few days later a detailed estimate landed in my inbox. Room by room. Item by item with materials and labor costs and a detailed drawing of the entire layout of the home with precise measurements. No BS. I was impressed. We agreed upon a start date and a pattern emerged. This guy and his extraordinary team of guys came to the house every day (sometimes on weekends) and proceeded to embark on a Whole House renovation.
