 + -1 moreArrived promptly, very friendly, explained the problem and answered questions. Did a great job, fireplaces look great and function perfectly. Cost was $159 for the first fireplace, an additional $99 for the 2nd. Will certainly have them back for annual service!! :-)

 + -1 moreAlthough we'd been in our condo for several years, we had never used the fireplace because it wouldn't light, I couldn't figure out why, and we never really had time to look into it until now. Joe came showed us what was wrong and walked us through step by step how to work the fireplace and showed us things to look out for in the future with our unit.
Description of Work: Joe fixed our ventless gas fireplace.
