Complete Home Solutions LLC

It took Complete Home Solutions, LLC quite a while to schedule the work. I think they were very efficient and did not try and upsell. They explained to me what they were going to do and how much it would cost and what their options were. When they did start, it took them 3 days and they were very courteous and they cleaned up after themselves. There were a couple of things that they forgot to do and I called them and they sent someone the next day.

Complete Home Solutions, LLC came in and did an energy audit of my home, inspecting all nooks & crannies and giving me an evaluation of what I could do to follow up on better insulating my home. They were (1) preemptive - called me to set something up, (2) prompt/punctual - came on the day they said they would and at the time they said they would, and (3) thorough with the inspection. The report was likewise very thorough. I would do business with this company again

They arrived on time. They were very thorough in their investigation. We received the completed report in the mail within couple of weeks of them being at our home.

They came on time and performed the audit as described. They had a heat sensing camera they used to show us where air was leaking into the house.They presented us with several plans to fix areas of leakage but didn't pressure us to choose any of them. We didn't choose to fix the areas at the time, but we would definitely go with them to do the work if we decide to have it done in the future.

The energy auditors arrived on time, in a professional company van. They were extremely thorough, and seemed very knowledgeable about energy efficiency and home construction issues. They spent almost 3 hours in our house, and while we haven't gotten the final report back yet, my husband related some of the tips they gave him during the audit, and they seem like they will help us save money if we decide to implement them. The only negative thing about this company/experience is that we had to wait about 2 months for our energy audit, I assume because they had so many takers for their "big deal" coupon. It wasn't hugely upsetting to us, because we didn't have a critical need for this, and they were apologetic and as accommodating as they could be given the circumstances. We highly recommend this company.

The audit was great, we had no idea how much air was coming in around the fireplace and certain spots along the walls. Unfortunately the cost to address all the issues is more then we had hoped. But we can work through them bit by bit.... The guys from Complete Home Solutions did a great job.

They did the job and sent me a printed report. I later discovered it was a bit of an abbreviated job compared to what other companies do, but that may have been because it was just a special deal. The information was helpful and helped me verify my suspisions re the need to reinsulate my house.

I scheduled an appt soon after making the purchase through Angie's List. The company's technician came out on time, went through my house showing me where energy is lost, explained what I will get in an audit report, pointed out ways to make the home more efficient, and followed through with a clear report and estimate for improving the home's energy use.

They were on time and professional. They replaced any light bulb that was not fluorescent. The inspection/audit was very thorough, measurements of the attic insulation, checked for mold, used the blower door test for air leakage and took many pictures. Justin then took me around as the blower was operating and showed me where the most common leaks were with the thermal imaging camera. Surprisingly we were in pretty good shape but we do have a few areas that need work. Justin leaves and creates a detail report with the home results, pictures, recommendations and in our case two packages that we can chose from for the work to be done. He then comes back out to go over the whole report. What I like is that Complete Home Solutions will preform the work, not subcontractors. As I write this I can't believe this much time has gone by and my husband and I have not made a decision on what to do. Although we were in the middle of a deck project and that ate though a good chunk of money. Overall this was a good experience and I would recommend Complete Home Solutions to friends and neighbors. The office was also very pleasant to work with.

They performed a thorough investigation of my crawl space, attic, walls using tools that revealed where energy was escaping from my home. I'm not familiar with the proper names of the tools used to perform the audit but there was a heat sensor camera that picked up areas hot and cold zones in the walls and ceiling of my home, a camera to take pictures of areas, like my crawl space, to show me where insulation was needed and the wind tunnel machine that measured the rate in which air was escaping from my home. Pretty much where money was leaking out of my home. I had a follow up appointment with the company rep that explained what the audit revealed, the solution and the cost to perform the service. Very professional.

It was great. They were very professional, accomodating and punctual. They even showed me easy ways to do small things that would be energy efficient.

The men arrived right on time. Went all over the house before they started the audit. Asked questions as to our problem areas. They checked the attic, basement and all the other rooms. They used a thermographic camera to show us the cold spots,(there were many), and used a fan attached to our door to show all the air leaks. They installed CFL bulbs in our lamps and aerators on our faucets. We were told they would come back in a week to review all their suggestions and how much it will cost. I feel that the energy audit is worth having done and will suggest it to my friends and relatives.

The contractor was punctual and professional. Overall the experience was excellent.

They communicated with me earlier via email in a timely manner. They were patient enough with my vision loss and did the job professionally. They scheduled the appointment within a month or less. They also sent me a booklet of what they found and what suggestions they had that could be done to make my home more energy efficient. It sounded good but it costs over $10,000 so I needed some time to think and read through to decide which parts I could do and which parts I couldn't afford, but it's always good to know how much waste my house is producing. The two guys who came out to me made a good effort in writing with black markers to tell me what they needed. I feel confident with their honesty. Go for the energy audit, if anyone needs to know how much waste there can be in your house it's good to look at the booklet they provide; it is really helpful information to know.

It went well enough. I thought they were going to perform tests to see how well our house was built. I found instead that they were a company that wanted to market their other services. They did nothing to test the windows which was a little disappointing.. They did test how quickly air left our house. They inspected our house but primarily tried to sell their other products. They did encourage us to swap out our light bulbs and left some light bulbs for us to use.
