Jimmy did the work earlier than expected. Although my expectation was that he would use rebar before pouring the concrete, it turned out very good apparently. He insisted that fiber concreted doesn't need rebar but some people still in favor of using rebar even with fiber concrete. If you want to get the job done on time, I will highly recommend this Pro.
