I'm a first time homeowner with a 27-year old house, and with that always comes the worries. In this case I had some concerns about some of the electrical connections not possibly being up to code. At one point it seemed that I had a single breaker sharing two major appliances but this wasn't actually the case (thankfully). Chris came out very promptly and really put my mind at ease, and for that I am very grateful. He checked my circuit breaker panel, tested the two appliances, and assured me that there was a simple mis-labelling on the panel (easy fix). He checked a few other concerns I had around the house. All in all, I can tell that Chris is very passionate about what he does, through his knowledge and expertise. I also should add that communication was relatively simple through electronic correspondence. I would love to have him on board for future projects. Thank you for everything Chris!

Punctual and clean. The job is always done well and they are thorough with their work.

Chris was very responsive. Did everything as promised. Rate was better than what anyone else would charge. I would have used him anyway because of the professional work he has done for us before. Work was done as promised for electrical work. The unit came the next day and he personally came to make sure the Unit was installed and was working as expected. Charged my car the weekend and was able to configure it with ChargePoint and BGE for Peak and OffPeak charging.

They were excellent! The work seems very high quality, they were respectful, responsible, friendly, and hard working. They did the job even faster than we would have thought possible. They kept mess to a minimum and made our house beautifully lit in the process! We would definitely recommend them and look to hire them again in the future.

Response to my request for service was quick. Chris came out and evaluated what needed to be done and gave me the cost of service. He was able to verify that the CSST was properly installed and that the GFCI receptacle needed to be replaced. He advised me of the cost of the service, and an employee was sent out soon after to complete the work. The transaction was perfect. Response time was quick. Chris and his employee were both very professional, friendly, and efficient. We would definitely call them again for any needed electrical work, and highly recommend Wireworx.

Overall, it went really well. Chris (the owner) met me about one week after I first contacted him, and we walked through the home to show him what I wanted done. He sent me an estimate 5 days later and had the work completed within the week. His crew did an excellent job, finishing everything in one day except the outdoor outlet recepticals, which were quickly added the next. Chris followed through and made sure I was completely satisfied with their work, and when I had a minor comment about the outlet and switch covers not matching the existing ones, he dropped off a box of matching outlet/switch covers the next morning. Everything works, looks excellent and you can tell was professionally done. Chris and his team were wonderful to work with. I went off of recommendation with his company from a friend, and am glad I did. Because of this, however, I did not "shop around" to compare prices. Based off of what I was expecting, and also what others have said, however, the work seemed to be priced reasonably. There is work I want to have done down the road that will require an electrician, and I will be definitely be using Wireworx again!

I cannot say enough about the service and my encounter with Wireworx -- from the beginning through the culmination of my lighting project. Chris took time on his day off (on a Saturday afternoon after coaching his children's games) to provide an estimate for me for a small project. Even before he began the work, he kept the lines of communication open and was always available; I know how busy he is, but I was made to feel like I was his only customer. I felt like he was looking out for me and never once did I feel like his costs were unreasonable. His crew showed up on time, they were professional and were careful to clean up after their work. Chris and Wireworx will have my business for life.

Chris and 2 other people came to do the work. They did all the work very nicely and in a professional way. They even vacuumed the rooms after work and cleared out the packaging boxes. I am very happy with the service. I would call him to do future electrical work in my house.

Chris and his team were great to work with. He answered all my questions and was very responsive to all of my emails. They provided high-quality service and the quote couldn't be beat. Chris even came back out the next day when I ran into an issue to make sure everything was taken care of properly. The combination of honesty, quality work, and customer service were all excellent. Chris was very helpful, promptly provided and estimate and promptly scheduled service. We unfortunately had to cancel after we had scheduled the work. This was an inconvenience to Chris, but he was still friendly and professional about it. We would be happy to work with him in the future! Also his quote price was the best that we'd found.

Electricians arrived on time ready to work. Chris was very informative, professional and courteous. Wireworx installed outside overhead lighting on our home. We were very pleased with the finished job, the lights make such a great change to the front of house. We will certainly use Wireworx Electric in the future, and would recommend them with confidence .
