Maryland Rebath

Description of Work: I needed to have a walk in shower installed to accommodate the needs of my 88 year old father. The salesman for Re bath was very good and took a lot of time to show me the materials and explain the history of his company. He gave me an estimate for the work that was required to meet my needs. I had estimates from two more companies, both of which were lower than what was quoted by Re Bath. I liked Re Bath's materials best so I called and asked the sales rep if he could come down in price. He was willing to do so and I accepted their offer. The salesman told me that it would take about three weeks for the materials to arrive and that a secretary would call to schedule the install once the materials were available. This occurred exactly three weeks from the date that I signed the contract. The install was set for one week after the materials were ready. The technician arrived right on time. I was stunned that there was only one technician and I asked him if he was kidding me. I thought that he was just the first to arrive and the others would be along soon. The young man was very kind and assured me that he was the only one that would be there! I kept asking if he was sure he could handle the job all by himself . He kiddingly told me that this was the first job he was doing alone but he was sure he could handle it. I watched throughout the day as that very capable young man patiently and skillfully disassembled my old bathroom and installed a gorgeous new walk in shower. He was very neat and kept the area clean throughout the day. He took away all of the old materials and left the bathroom shining from top to bottom. Imagine - one man, one day, ONE WONDERFUL SHOWER with a beautiful wall surround and two shining new safety bars. I probably paid too much, but my Dad will be safer and my bathroom is much better looking than it was yesterday! Mr. Re Bath- you need to give that boy a raise!
