We have used Edward's before for sod installation and deck replacement. They continue to do a great job with each project. We are very happy with their great work, from out first call to the office to our finished project

Overall one of the worst experiences with a contractor, never sued one before but seriously considering it this time. Paid them almost $5k, ($2k more than the lower bid) because they portrayed good customer service and professionalism. Not only does a good portion of the yard still needing re-seeding, we have a bigger mud mess than before they did the work and caused new problem that did not exist before. I'm happy to share more details for anyone interested. We hardly leave negative reviews unless it was pretty bad and in this case we wasted a good bit of time and money with this company so beware.

They quickly responded with a quote for the leaf removal services. Once I accepted, they promptly scheduled the service and arrived as scheduled. This was for leaf removal at my Mother's home. She was very pleased with their service and how courteous the crew was. The yard looked great.

I met with the Director of Operations to review the scope of work and sent detailed existing grading plans to him the same day. I was told I would receive a proposal within 2-3 days. A month later, and several phone calls and emails to the Director of Operations and the owner of the company asking for the proposal have gone unanswered. I left a detailed message for the owner of the company to call me, and again, nothing, no response whatsoever. So I wasted a very valuable afternoon meeting with their rep and sending our grading plans, not to mention the time spent following with rude and professional contractors. Nothing worse than contractors who lie and waste your time. I would never reach out to them again for anything.

Job went well and was finished in a timely manner, so far so good.

The spring and fall cleanups return our landscape to a nearly perfect look after the ravages of winter and summer respectively. Everything looks crisp and clean. The mowing crew is punctual, professional and friendly; they look for ways to put a personal touch on their service. Every week they leave the yard looking good.

We are happy with Edward's Lawn & Home and started using them to cut our grass this past summer. Any time I've had a question or concern, they've been very responsive. I really appreciate their great communication. One the first grass trim, I noticed they did not also edge and when I asked about it, they made sure it was completed on their next visit. We are a very busy couple, and they have really helped us free up some time and do a much better job at keeping the grass trim than I ever did! We're now looking forward to also having their leaf clean-up services, and have another thing or two in mind for the future. Great company with great communication and very fair prices!

Very well. The crew are always very helpful. They even take an extra minute to leaf blow leaves off of my front porch and deck. I love that.

We are very happy with the sod and the deck. The showed up when they said they would and did what they said they would do. I will definitely hire them again for future projects! There we a few issues with the deck, but they were quick to fix them and we are very happy with the results.

Edward’s responds within a day any time I have contacted them, something I can’t say about several other landscapes we’ve tried using. They present a schedule, and the schedule is to start work usually within the week instead of a month or so in the future. And they stick to the schedule; when they say they will be here, they are here. They keep the lawn and beds neatly trimmed, including edging. Their prices are commensurate with those of other landscaping companies. I highly recommend Edward’s for their excellent work and wonderful customer care!

Estimate was given very quickly and the crew was able to start work right away. The crew completed the work in a timely fashion and the job was done within my budgetary constraints. I would definitely hire this company again!

This company was very hard to get to come out in July 2017, but when they did, they did an excellent job. However, they came so late in the summer that I was unable to plant the flowers I wanted. I asked them to create a maintenance schedule so they would come out on a regular basis. They created the schedule, but never came out when I wanted them to. After many emails and phone calls, I finally was contacted by the company, but they never made any arrangements to come out this year, 2018. I mentioned to them that I was potentially interested in installing an irrigation system, and I recommended them to my neighbor. But no sign of the company, either at my house or my neighbor's. It so disappointing to find a good landscaper and only get them to come to your house once. I have had this experience with many landscapers over the years. They are not interested in servicing small customers. It is quite frustrating.

It was a pleasure to work with Edwards. The customer service was outstanding. Someone from the team communicated at every step of the process. We weren't home when they did the work. They missed a couple items that were hard to describe over the phone so they came back the next morning and finished the job immediately. We definitely plan to use them again.

So far it looks like we chose the right company to do the work. We'll know completely in the spring but they did a good job. And YES grass is finally growing where it wouldn't before.

The sodding was satisfactory. Installed fine, grew in fine. I would not hire them again, even for the sod, because they were very expensive. The seeding part... absolute failure. They did no aeration. It looked like they laid rotted leaves instead of soil. This is the first time in my life I've seen anybody put seed and NOTHING happened. There was no germination, no grass growing. It was a total disaster and waste.

I originally hired them to mow our lawn as a birthday gift for my husband. They respond very quickly to email and phone calls: their manager, Kristin, is fabulous! They were here every Monday and completed the mowing (and trimming as needed) quickly and efficiently. Because we were very pleased with their mowing service, we also hired them to do our "fall clean-up." Since we were on vacation when that was to take place, I contacted Kristin and asked if it had been done. When she found out that we wouldn't be home for a few weeks, she offered to have their foreman take pictures of our property and emailed them to us. That's great service! And we're planning to contact them for snow removal!

Prompt response; good customer service; price a little, but not excessively, high. Wound up using a different company, but would entertain a future bid from them.

They are excellent. They are my go to people for landscaping. I highly recommend their service and will use them again.

For our first mowing, our lawn was not mowed when a thunderstorm came in. I emailed them and got a quick response that they have built in days for rain, etc. and that they would be out the next day. And there they were! One of the young men even apologized and explained that the rain had started before they could get to all their lawns that day. And here they are again, just as expected. They also edged and weeded. So far, I would highly recommend this company!

Normally fine, when it rains it sometimes doesn't get mowed that week.
