My previous lawn maintenance company left me a note at my door stating they were no longer doing jobs in my area. I had used them for 3 yrs and was unhappy with the way they informed me. I deserved a phone call. I called Edwards Lawn on a Saturday morning and left a voicemessage explaining my situation. By this time, it had been 2-3 weeks since the grass had been cut and it really needed it. I received a return call from Edwards in less than 2 hrs. They agreed to come on the following Monday (just 2 days later) and cut my grass. During the phone call they explained their maintenance and billing procedures very well and were very professional. I am very happy with them.

Service was good however, my yard is hilly and they kept scalping / gouging my lawn even after requests not to do so.

They did a wonderful job. They were sincere and their price was great. They were very thorough and were knowledgable about their products.

It was a good experience. Kyle Davis was very easy to work with. They would come out and if the grass did not need to be mowed they would not mow it. They always did a nice job.

The crew came out the day after originally scheduled (torrential rain the original day) about 7:30 in the morning. They pulled up the weeds and cut brush and small trees. The debris filled two big trucks. The workers were very personable and worked continuously until the job was completed. My wife and I were very pleased with their service and we wouldn't hesitate to call them for any future work. This is the second time we have used this company; the first was to have them re-edge and mulch all of our garden beds. They did a great job then as well. We have recommended the company to our neighbors who also then have used them.

The yard clean up for the first week of spring went well. He did work to certain trees, but charged extra for more trees. With the weekly yard maintenance, he demanded that i do work every work, even when I felt it only needed to be done every two weeks. Also, he was very insistent on every payment that I needed to give me. For example, the last week, I got two phone calls, three emails, and a letter and I was only late for a payment of two days. This was after we had already made an agreement to fix this issue. He is also charging me for extra charges that I did not use for my mothers yard. He ruined my yard as well. They cut the grass in the rain, which ripped up the grass in the backyard. When I asked him to fix it, he wanted me to charge me extra. He tried to fix it by putting seed and hay over it, but they continued to cut over it. This only made the problem worse. I hope that this does not happen to anyone else.

I would highly recommend Edward's Lawn and Home. They did a wonderful job redefining and adding fresh mulch to two tree beds and a flower bed in front of my home. They also edged the lawn which wasn't part of the scope of work. It looked really nice when they finished. He took the time to answer questions I had about the landscape. I would definitely use this provider again.

They were pros all the way, and would use them for a variety of services. This specfic Privet pruning/care , we chose a provider that was substantially less expensive and more educated particularly with privet hedges, Like these people a lot, and would have no hesitation

The work done by the company is great, i always come home on Wednesday to a freshly mowed lawn with great edging around the entire house.

I would highly recommend Edward's Landcaping to my friends and family. My initial call was picked up immediately and after determining my needs and my Mom's needs. We were put on the scheduled and they started the next day, pruning trees and edging and I was very impressed the way they take the time to go over your lawn, not aimlessly cutting I am very please with the work done on both lawns.

He was great! He explained a lot of things, I just decided to go with another company.

I got a quick response to my inquiry; was happy with the estimate and we set up the visit by the crew. They arrived on time and did a fantastic job string trimming all fences lines on our property.

The work was done in a timely manner and there were no delays like other contractors. I am very happy with my experience.

Kyle showed up for all appointments on time, he presented a professional contract and completed all work as scheduled. His pricing was reasonable, he offered different options and we are very pleased with the work he did.
