Edward’s Lawn & Landscaping

GREAT!! The men arrived while I was at work and had completed much of the work before I arrived home. One gentleman introduced himself when I saw him and explained what had been done and offered to fix anything I may not have been 100% satisfied with. They did an excellent job!

The job took 2 and a half days and went well. There were multiple workers per day and they all seemed to be working pretty hard when I got home from work. 20 yards of mulch were estimated for our yard (we live on almost 0.75 acres) and they needed 22 yards. I think the price of mulch per yard was a little expensive but the overall cost of the project was very good. We were very pleased with the work they provided.

We initially contacted a couple of lawn service providers - we have small children and don't have any time right now. Edward's was the most responsive as well as providing a reasonable price. After seeing their excellent work at mowing/lawn service, we also got a quote from them for mulching/cleanup of our front garden and small tree - they did great work at that too - very pleased. One caveat - there was some initial confusion about when they were coming to do the mulching, but a quick email cleared it up and it was rapidly done. I will say that we have a very small yard, so it's not a lot of work, but it was done well.

Kyle was great on the phone. He came out to the house quickly and we discussed the job. He was very nice and professional. He took a few photos of the areas to be worked on. He recommended the two shrubs based on the location and what we were looking for. It took a little while to schedule when they would come out to perform the work. When they came out and did the work, the shrubs were initially dropped off at an incorrect location but they went and got them. Then they did an excellent job removing the shrubs without damaging any of the other shrubs around them. They were conscientious in their work and very professional.

The date was scheduled. They came out and did the work and did a good job. There was one area that was supposed to have been re-graded but was missed and one area where they didn't re-grade quite enough and where the water would still flow towards the house. I called Kyle right away and let him know. He agreed to have workers come back out and correct it. Then I sent pictures of the two areas that needed further action, per his request. Workers returned a couple of days later and corrected one of the two areas using different dirt than what they had used on the first trip. The dirt looked more like compost than fill dirt (which was what was used the first time) and it still wasn't done well. There was an area what was too steep and other areas that will still allow water to flow towards the house instead of away. The second area is small enough and we can take care of it ourselves and we can use the dirt they left to fix the area they did do, so I didn't call to tell him again. A week or so later, a representative of the company called me to see how the job went and I let them know about the missed area at that time. They don't leave instructions on how to care for anything, which I think would be helpful (they previously planted shrubs for us), but we have been watering the areas where they spread grass seed every day or two and no grass has started to grow yet.

Crew as professional, neat and clean. They were very careful around existing hardscapes. Listened to and responded well to homeowner requests. Worked hard all day.

It went very well. The only issue was that it took three days to complete the job instead of tthe two days that was estimated. The yard looks great and I would use them again.

Well, for the most part. Front looks great but back grew a jungle in the beds through the mulch. No response. Wanted me to email a photo but I don't have this capability. Bro-in-law helped me out. They asked if my next door neighbors had seeded their yard, but they have pavers! No offer to come out to check on the problem.Overall pretty good, but no response to subsequent stated problems.

Outstanding. Contacted Edwards on lawn mowing service. Responded same day and started work in the same week. Service is fantastic. Yard is cut, edged and clippings removed. Price is extremely reasonable. Highly recommend.

It went very well; I was able to communicate effectively with Kyle, the owner, via email which was very convenient for me. He was able to give me an estimate using just a photo, which saved a lot of time. They performed the work when they said they would, and in a timely manner without destroying my front yard. My only complaint (and it's a small one) is that there are a few roots left behind. Other than that, it could not have gone better!

Great experience overall. Had a delay in start date, BUT that can be expected when dealing with mother nature. The foreman that handled this small project, Matt, heard me say something about mulching another part of my yard and offered up mulch that he was taking to the dump. Definitely saved me some money there, so THANK YOU Matt, Kyle and the Edwards team!

The job started on time dispite the awful weather we had this winter and early spring. Matt and the other man (I am sorry I forgot his name) were both very professional. My husband asked for a few areas to be "tweaked" and Mat and Co. did them exactly as requested. They cleaned up before they left. Except for our beautiful new backyard, you could not tell they had been there.Edwards Lawn came in $1000.00 under the other 2 bids we had gotten. Thank-you

Arrived on time and after a few minutes of discussion were hard at work. When finished the yard was clean, the shrubs were nicely groomed, and the planting/mulch beds looked great. We will definitely use them again.

The crew did an excellent job of removing leaves, dead plants, and branches. And they also did the mulching of my property. I have used other lawn companies in years past, but none of them did such and extensive and thorough job as Edwards did. I will continue to use them for lawn service and future cleanups as I am a happy customer. Kyle was easy to contact and communicate with, and is prompt about getting back to you. I think that's very important and something which sets him apart from his competition.

He reviewed the work that I wanted done to ensure that we were both on the same page and then he emailed me a written estimate. I felt the price was reasonable. The crew that arrived was friendly, knowledgeable, and stayed until the job was done.

We are very happy. One thing that is unique to Edward's Lawn is that the owner Kyle has a 24 hour email rule. He will return any emails with-in a day. Love that! They have done a great job so far.

Very pleased - very prompt and professional service. Three plants of the same variety (got eight of that particular type) were relatively small. I was assured they would grow to size of all the others and there was told there is a one year warranty.

Kyle came on time and was very professional in dealing with what was a problem with what was listed as the Deal. Unfortunately, we decided not to use his services at this time under the Angie's List offer, but are in discussions on using him for a hardscape improvement project.

It went very well. They came when they said they would and provided services promptly. They responded to my questions in a very timely manner and I would definitely use them again.

Vendor started by saying the deal as listed was not what was intended. The intent was to just get 1 tree, several shrubs, or many flowers. Since that was not what we were looking for, we opted for the full refund.

They were courteous and prompt. But the deal was misrepresented.

Our first experience with Edward's was when they performed a Spring clean-up of our yard. I think there was a lot more work than they bargained for, but they did an EXCEPTIONAL job for the price. We were so pleased we purchased one of their Lawn maintenance packages. We use them now and will continue to use their services in the future.. I couldn't be more satisfied.

They are terrific! The owner is extremely available and responsive, all work is promptly scheduled and is always completed on-time. The crews go above and beyond, doing little extras like trimming over-grown shrubs while mulching. Would recommend them to anyone!
