Placed order over phone with store manager Francis. Was told tile was "in stock" in one of their other warehouses and would take 1-2 days to arrive. Contacted store the very next business day and advised would not need the order and was now told they do not refund or return, and all orders placed are now "special order." No contract written or verbal was ever made for no returns or a special order. Order is still at the distributor warehouse and not the merchants store. As a matter of fact they want me to pick it up at their distributor instead of them bringing it to their store to pick up. I have not received or accepted delivery of the product and they refuse to refund money. On Monday evening Francis agreed to take care of the order, and would contact me the next morning. The next morning Francis now says nothing can be returned even though it had not been received yet. Buyer beware, poor customer service and follow up practices have been seen here.

It went very well. They did a good job. It was a good price and it worked out really well. My wife said there were two people who came out and it took them like a morning, it wasn't long.

Came out very quickly for initial consultation and estimate. Was able to provide samples, colors and cost on the spot and was extremely reasonable. Quick turnaround for installation also. We didn't need installation immediately but we were able to call and have someone out within 2 days! Great customer service, very happy with the product and end results. Will absolutely use them again when it is time to replace the other rooms.

We visited the showroom and discussed our flooring needs with Butch Falloni. He presented us with several options and assisted us in making our selection. We decided to do the prep work ourselves, since we had pets for almost fifteen years. My husband also removed a small amount of tile near a door which required some time. When we were ready, we contacted Butch and set up a mutually convenient install date. When the crew arrived, they went straight to work and were finished in under three hours. They did an excellent job on the install and subsequent clean-up. We would recommend this company without reservation, and would give them an A+ rating.
