The work done was excellent! With all the rain we've had recently, our basement has remained dry. The Bollinger's and staff were professional and informative. They answered all of our questions. The work was done in a timely manner and minimal dust. The concrete work looks great. The cost was reasonable and there's a great warranty on the work as well.

You showed up on time and did the work as scheduled even though there was a slight adjustment needed because of the proximity of my sewage drain. Clean - up was excellent.

My cellar was transformed from a wet, damp and creepy space to a clean dry space in two days at thousands less than what other companies had quoted for the same service. Very satisfied and I highly recommend.

I have known this company for past about 7 years. These guys did three jobs for my houses and one for my friends. First of all they would only recommend the most needed work unlike other companies that want your entire basement waterproofed even if not needed. I first used Budget Waterproofing in 2003 for Waterproofing including installing a sump pump.About 2 years ago I had some issues with drainage. They came back out and fixed the issue ( when they say lifetime they mean lifetime) .I recently reached out for additional work , this time in the front of my basement adding additional drainage in the window well of my home and then routing it to my sump pump. They came did excellent service and didn't even mess up my flower bed. I expected my flowers to trampled on because they are near the window, however they weren't.. Always a great experience and they stand behind their work.

The artisans were on time that was expected. Work was completed much quicker then anticipated. Cannot comment on whether the work is done correctly, only time will tell. Thank you, Robert Haywood

Budget provided the most affordable estimate, significantly lower than another company. Unlike the competitors, they were able to schedule the service within two weeks, and they required us to do almost no prep work other than clearing out our junk. They performed the work as advertised and cleaned up nicely. They even coordinated with a contractor doing some work for us in the basement so he could access a drain pipe. They provide a lifetime guarantee and they're a longstanding company so I don't think they'll declare bankruptcy like some others have. I will be recommending them to our other neighbors with flooded basements!

The financing process was easy, Jose Santos and his partner were incredibly hard working and really pleasant to work with. They were always on time, kept me informed every step of the way, and did an exceptional job! I wish every experience with contractors could be as efficient, effective, and pleasant! Really happy with the results of the installation of a French drain and sump pump.

We had BWP install a french drain in our finished basement. Eric and Jose did a great job at an affordable price. I definitely would use their services again and recommend them to anyone looking to waterproof your home.

I called Budget waterproofing after getting ridiculously high estimates from other well known waterproofing companies. My needs were: crawl space encapsulation, proper ventilation system and a better more secure, weatherproof crawl space entrance. First, the owner came to do the estimate, in a company marked truck. I say that because, the other companies came in high dollar sedans and no proof of who they were. Secondly, Bob was very helpful, knowledgeable, kind, honest and thorough. He gave me a great feeling, no BS up selling of unneeded products, like the other two companies. I had specific needs to be met in my old crawl space area, including an old hvac system which I could not get out. His team did that! He also educated me on the EZbreathe system that would be installed. He knew the monthly energy cost and explained its full purpose. He gave me a very honest, no frills, no mark up pricing. The work took 3 days, the crew was very nice, helpful and did nice work. Everyone whom I have worked with at Budget was responsive, pleasant and knowledgeable. I have already recommended Budget Waterproofing to others. I very much appreciate the “hometown”, local company and their honesty and good work.

First, Bill performed a detailed inspection based on his comprehensive checklist to provide his honest appraisal and a thoughtful estimate. Then, he and Brooke patiently answered my lingering questions to schedule the service soon after and mentally prepare me for this project. Jose and his able assistant were remarkably efficient and thorough in getting the job done in a day and half, which was impressive! I was also pleasantly surprised to read their President’s personal note of thanks and Brook’s post-service tips after the task was completed. Unlike most companies who immediately charge the final payment right after, they waited until the next day to do so, and with guarantee certificate. All in all, a wonderful experience from start to finish!

Scheduling was hassle free, and the sales rep was easy to work with. He was thorough and honest with what was needed vs. not needed. I have yet to get a response from Budget wether or not they will come replace the window well or build an awning to help prevent the well from filling up with rain water and running over. I have glass brick windows so I feel water will not enter the basement, it just hurts me so because they did such a good job in my other 2 window wells and left with this half done job. The installers knew the well was too large for my window, they told me, I told them, you have already dug the hole, ok, just make sure you come back and put one in that is supposed to be here. Promise was made, never seen anything since. No one answers my text or calls. Very disappointed. Will never,never tell anyone to use them. I’ve contacted a contractor, he will make me an awning to cover this window well and I’ll send the bill to budget. I’m tired of every rain I have to take my pump out to pump out the 6 inches of water !
