Description of Work: Removed old Heat pump & internal system (28 years old). Installed all new. Great quality service at a fair price. Did what they said they would do. Very neat installation with a couple of extra touches. Kept me informed. All communications with all staff were polite and productive. Great experience. | |Cleaning - none of the bidders said they would be responsible for cleaning but some of that carpet protective plastic would have been a nice touch.
