Description of Work: They installed a new heat pump and air handler in my town home. The price was much cheaper than the other company I checked out and with better financing options. The gentlemen came out and were very nice and professional. My ONLY complaint is that they didn't tell me the thermostat they were giving me wasn't a programmable one. Had they told me that before hand I wouldn't have had them change out my old one. I would use them again.

Description of Work: I don't remember the exact date or money paid since it was a few months ago. However, I remember the service was spot on meaning the service man showed up on time, completed work as requested and there were no surprises when work was complete. The cost was quoted over the phone before dispatching the electrician. Therefore, whatever is quoted to repair a light fixture is what we paid.

Description of Work: furnace check up after another company told me my unit was a fire hazard.Arundel gave me a clean bill of health except for one small part which they replaced on the spot for about a hundred bucks.I would definitely use them again

Description of Work: They had a problem with the installation of the heat pump. They wanted to install it with the back of the unit facing the front of my house. They should have turn it 180 degrees so that the back would be facing the side of the house. When I complained they did not want to turn the unit around so that the pipes and writing would be in the back. When I called the salesman it was like they had to install it that way. They needed 18" to install a muffler behind the unit. They did not wanted to do it because I had some flowers and pavers in the way. I said I will pull-up the flowers and the pavers so that they could rotate the unit the correct way. They still only rotated it 90 degrees. But I said that it was much better. When they put the unit in the attic they drop it up against my wall and scratch it. I said it was Ok. They should have taken it apart and put it back together in the attic.

Description of Work: I bought a deal for an electrician for the day. The electrician who came to my house finished my entire electrical to do list in 4 hours! This included the installation of 2 ceiling fans and a variety of repairs around the house. I am very happy with this company. I highly recommend them, and will hire them again.
