Tech found an issue. We replaced faulty capacitor. Days later, the problem persisted. Another tech came out, replaced the motor itself. A/C works now.

Mike was very responsive, punctual, professional, and personable. Also very thorough in detailing the job to be performed. However the price he gave me for the AC system I ended getting from a different dealer was unfathomable. Arundel Cooling Heating & Electrical net cost was $1602 (nearly 30%) higher than the next highest bid I received.

Arundel H&C price quotation was the best and they offered quality products with free thermostat and rebates. After installation, the noise from the vent was loud because the house is an old house with narrow vent. I called Arundel H&C about the noise and one of their managers came and told me a new return pipe will be added to the existing pipe at no cost to me. Jason and Chris installed the new pipe and the noise has reduced so much that I can sleep well now. I am a happy customer.

Very happy with how the job went. Mike was on time, installed the light on the same day, got the light installed quicker than expected, and cleaned up when done.

Well they found that my control board was blown and that I was running straight Aux heat, but I have a small house so I didn't notice a difference.

I purchased a heat pump recommended by Arundel Cooling and Heating along with a thermostat in Summer of 2016, is was supposedly more efficient than my old one but did not appear to be so even though I had cut back on my electricity usage. Last month my electric bill doubled over the highest bill in 30 years. On one of the colder days the heat pump was so loud, I thought it would explode. I checked on the other heatpumps in the neighborhood and heard nothing remotely similar. I called Arundel (still under warranty) and was told the heat pump was not properly connected (it was supposed to be a two stage but was only connected as a one stage apparently). That mistake cost me additional money in electricity bill. I will also say that it looked like a nick and dent model when it arrived and the person working on the outside unit did not seem to know how to fit parts together without scratching them and I had to ask the inside installer to assist him. On a positive note they were able to come when others were too busy and the heatpump has remained level on the platform and rocks it is installed on. It is significantly larger than my last heat pump and while it is supposed to be more efficient it seems to be more expensive to run despite being connected properly (hopefully) and cutting back on usage.

They are beyond excellent. They take care of everything right away. They are polite, get parts quickly, and are just perfect. I would highly recommend them.

I bought a new house and a friend advised me to do an HVAC system tune up so I looked online and found this company. They offered an $79 promotion HVAC tune up. I found it on their website. The scheduling was pretty easy and the gentleman came on time, but the rest of the service wasn't as great. The technician looked at my HVAC and started the tune up. After a little bit he came upstairs and tried to turn on the heat. I said "tried" because this gentleman had no idea how to use my thermostat. He had no idea how to even turn on the heat. I have a Zen smart thermostat and I believe that if you are a HVAC specialist you should keep up to date with newer models of thermostats and other HVAC system equipment. After I showed him how to turn on the heat, he started working on my outside unit. Then he came back in and started looking at the thermostat and asked me if he can take the cover off. I told him he can just pull it off because it's connected via magnets. He did that and after few minutes I realized that he changed one of the wires. He explained that the unit outside was flashing so he thought that the wires were not connected properly. He put the thermostat back up and the heat wouldn't turn on. That is when I looked at the wires closer and explained to him that it is not connected correctly. He switched the wires to the way they were before and put the thermostat back on the wall. After few minutes and heat was on as normal. He explained that the light is still flashing and he is not sure why. I informed him how the settings work on the thermostat. There are 3 settings you have to configure. One for heat, one for cooling and one for additional options. I informed him that the setting are set for the two stage electric heat and he informed me that it should be set for the One stage heat pump so I change the setting and put the thermostat back up. After that the thermostat change and showed emergency heat and the gentlemen said the light was gone from the outside unit. When everything was done he charged me $139 instead of $79 because he said he had to do additional things with the thermostat. He did the things to the thermostat because he had no idea how it works. If he would keep up to date with the new models he would know as soon as he looked at it that this one setting was wrong. Besides advising me to change this one setting, that I had to change myself, he didn't do anything extra. So $60 additional charge for one advise is pretty pricey especially that he didn't mention anything before performing the service. And on top of that, I called a professional because I know only a little bit about HVAC. If the professional that came to do my HVAC system tune up, doesn't know how to turn on the heat, how can I trust that the tune up was done correctly. I do not like to complain and the gentleman was very nice, he was just older and he didn't know the newer technology. So before I posted my review I decided to call the company and hopefully explain the situation and get a refund of the $60. But unfortunately the lady I spoke to on the phone wasn't helpful at all. She said that technician not supposed to touch the thermostat at all because it wasn't part of the "20 Point Residential Inspection Tune Up". She said he should have charge me a lot more for setting up the thermostat. She wouldn't listen at all when I explained that I didn't ask him to touch it and I had to set it up myself because the technician had no idea how to operate Zen thermostat. She wasn't too nice and she said she will talk to the technician and call me back the next day. This is the second day I'm waiting for a call back. Hopefully I will finally get a callback and a resolution to this situation.

Mike was very professional and informed us along the way what needed to be done and what problems , if any we might encounter along the way. Our priority electrical repairs were completed and Mike took note of what other items we wanted to do & gave us a price range for those repairs

Good. Two employees (Kevin & Brian) began work AM, followed by George Glenn and Jake as the job progressed to completion. Each of these individuals specialized in different areas and also assisted each other to ensure the job was completed.

The technicians who came out were amazing. The original technician realized that he needed a piece of equipment for one of the repairs. He called in for the equipment at the beginning of the service call, and worked on other things while he waited so that no time was wasted. One of the repairs required going into a crawl space that the original technician wasn't sure he could do. The technician who came to deliver the equipment stayed and made that repair with the original technician. All of the work was professional and the technicians were both so nice and helpful.

The serviceman (James) arrived on time, quickly diagnosed (and fixed) the problem. He then provided additional information and preventative maintenance guidance on our HVAC system. Very professional and knowledgeable.

That wa part of the annual maintenance plan which has two checkups.They're close and my previous provider stopped working on oil furnace and this provider does oil and all sort of work. They offer me what I can't get from my previous provider that I had. I gave them a call and we picked out a date so it went smoothly. It wasn't a problem. They are relatively new with me but do far I'm very pleased.

That was very good. It wasn't any problems found and they did a thorough checkup, so we were pleased with that. I think they did cleaning and inspection.

I was very pleased with their service. Before we scheduled the visit, they even gave me some suggestions on how to unclog it myself to save me some money. As I wasn't exactly sure which pipe was the culprit, I decided to have them send over a tech. Once he arrived, he showed the specific pipe and showed me how to unclog it. I appreciated their honesty and no pressure service.

It went excellent. They had put the one in previously 11 years before. I used them again because I was very pleased and they did another excellent job. Same warranty: a ten year warranty; full parts and labor. They made sure that we got what the state offers as a reduction. We got a check from the state. They made sure that we got that paper work done. They handled it up for us. It brought my price down considerably because of making sure that we got everything that I was entitled to. I think they're just very reputable people. I had them for 11 years with my previous system that they put in. I was ready for an upgrade. The put it in and did just as fine a job if not better in that time frame.

They were wonderful. There was no extra charge. Really good customer service. They were fantastic.

I have a contract to maintain my central air, heating and what have you. I am pretty comfortable with them, and work closely with them. I don't know if they are the best value out there because I have not studied it. I am happy with them or else I would not be with them. I would use them again. My contract and the hot water replacement was approximately $2500. They come out regularly scheduled twice a year.

The job went well and was completed under the time allotted.

I have been using them for a very long time. We bought out system through them. They have been fixing and maintaining our systems. It was free. I pay a fee every quarter. I have been doing that for years. Its hard to know. I have been paying $33 per unit, per quarter, and I have three units. Its $90 a quarter, a year. Its probably a little high, but its worth it to me. Their quality is excellent. I think so. I have a contract with them, that is why I pay $90. Its an maintenance contract.
