They gave me the run around about scheduling and it seems that it was just one thing after another. They would continuously not call if they were running late and just not show up at all. One or the times that they had to reschedule, they did not even make sure I was okay with the scheduled date, they just re-scheduled it and told me the day. The office and administrative aspect of this company seems to have it together and works well, but as far as scheduling and professionalism, I was not pleased.

I tried to get service starting in May, they were very slow in calling back, I had to call them we finally set an appoint and they were 3.5 hours late beyond the time I was told. i had , again to call them, they did not call me to tell me. I have decided not to continue with them, no service was performed and them have my money from the ANgie's coupon i bought now since May, Think they would call to set something up, think that they would call to follow up? No not happening.

Unfortunately I expected a totally different experience than I received. Based on my interaction, I would not use this company for a geothermal installation. The salesman that came out to my home was not well versed in geothermal and their company mostly subcontracts out their work to the driller (Allied). The salesman was actually insistent that his air source heat pump would be more efficient and made me feel like I was making a poor and uninformed decision by doing the geothermal installation. On top of all that, they were about $15,000-$20,000 more than my other quotes which turns out to be 40% more expensive than their competition. Unfortunately, I had a very poor experience with Arundel Cooling and Heating and would not use them for any of my HVAC work regardless of the system I end up installing. I suppose it could have been worse.

Doug was extremely proffessional, courteous, and worked continuously. He let me know that the 8 hours included a half hour for lunch and 20 minute travel time, which is certainly fair and the price was still amazing! ... but then he worked till the job was done! He was helpful in offering suggestions and was patient and willing to work with me when I changed my mind on placement of light fixtures. I have more work that I need done and I plan to call back and request Doug!

We had a couple of different companies to come do an estimate. The salesmen were in and out in 20 minutes after inspecting our existing A/C. When Shawn from Arundel Cooling came out, his inspection and evaluation was about two hours. He was very thorough and noticed additional issues that needed to be fixed. On top of all of that they were cheaper for the same unit and with additional work then the other two companies. It was a two day job and the workers came on time and were very professional and polite. We did not have a/c the first day of install so they provided us a room unit. Our house is much cooler, I am really happy I went with Arundel Cooling and Heating.

Outstanding work, very thorough and professional. Did a great job, worked quickly and wrapped up our task list in less than a day. In the future, I'll try to make sure I have all the needed parts to save a bit on the hardware costs.

They provided great service from top to bottom. From the time I spoke to customer service, until the technician arrived...everything was very smooth. Customer service was very helpful and work within my schedule to get a technician out as soon as possible. Kevin T. the technician was great and informed me on what needs to be done to keep my AC unit running good.

The service was excellent! My appointment was originally scheduled for noon, but something came up last minute and I had to reschedule for a couple hours later. Company was very understanding and rescheduled for me. The service person that came to my house was on time, very professional, and friendly. His name was Walter. I'm a new homeowner and am interested in learning as much as I can. Walter walked me through what he was doing and taught me how to maintain my unit in top condition.

Tommy was the electrician that came to my home - and he was very good. I had a list of 7 things for him to do, and he accomplished 6 of them. I didn't think he would get that far, but he worked very efficiently to get as much accomplished as possible. I will definitely use this service again.

Kevin was awesome. He explained what he was doing, showed me the faulty part that needed to be replaced.

The tech was young, very nice and polite. Seemed to know what he was doing. My only complaint was that the bill was not itemized--it was done by computer. I had to call the office to make sure the charges were correct. They were and the office was very nice and helpful.

Started slow, finished strong. First, Brian came out without the right part and had to run all the way back to the shop to get it... delaying the start of the job. He returned and performed the job, but determined the part he installed was not working properly. Second, Kyle came out. He was very skilled, polite and hardworking, but experienced some complications and was unable to complete the job after several attempts. It took 3 attempts, by 3 different people, but Jim got it done. He was polite, did not rush through the job and got us back up and running. One of the good things about Arundel Cooling and Heating was the fact that they quoted a price for the specific job instead of the "letting the meter run approach" and saying you'll pay what we say you pay when we're done. I applaud their effort to stick with the job and see it through to the end. I'll use them again and will recommend them to family and friends. Well done!

Tech did a good job doing an annual tune-up and cleaning of our AC Unit. He followed up with a good explanation of the maintenance performed and did not solicit any extra fees.

Called Arundel & after coming in, the technician found that the capacitor for the furnace was bad. Replaced it with a new one & checked the rest of the furnace, as well as went outside to check the A/C unit itself. All looked good.

Scheduling the appointment took about a week... I guess I called during the busy season. My AC needed a new fan in the outside unit. This took place during a heat-spell so I needed it fixed ASAP. I had to keep calling and calling to get an update on the status of the part they had to order. Took about 14 days from my first call to when it was fully repaired. I guess this is on the office people and not the tech that came out. The tech was pretty good. Completed a full inspection after the fan was repaired and topped off my coolant for free as I had a small leak. Parts and labor were wayyyyy more than I wanted to spend though.

Extremely prompt, courteous and professional. I called at 11 AM on a Tuesday to see about getting an electrician to come to the house, after I could not fix the problem on my own. Within two hours Chris arrived and fixed the problem. He explained the electrical set-up of the circuitry governing my outside outlets, and recommended the more weather-resistant covers I should pick up at Home Depot and install myself. Charged me nothing more that the minimum service call fee, even after installing a new GFCI and taking the extra time to explain things to me. Third time this company has been to my house (they replaced my central air system earlier). Will always go to them first when in need of an electrician or air conditioning tech.

He said they would send me an estimate. It is now 3 weeks later and I had to call them to get my estimate. I have had it with Arundel Cooling and Heating. I will go somewhere else, anywhere else. I already feel ripped off.

The job was done to my satisfaction. The job for a new piece of hose was a bit pricey but satisfied.

Technician was on-time and answered all my questions. There were no additional sales pitches and only recommendations on how to make sure my hvac equipment be maintained. I would call them again for upkeep on the furnace as well as future replacements.

The technician, Josh was informative, professional and tidy. Thankfully, he found no issues, but having a reliable HVAC company is key. We will likely use them for our yearly maintenance.

The technician arrived on time and was very friendly. He serviced the indoor and outdoor units. He even provided a new furnace filter and took the old one with him.
