Description of Work: I was very pleased with the service, the company rep took time to explain to me what was needed and wrote a very detailed report. When additional work was needed he didn't hesitate to do the work. I'm not really that familiar with prices for this type of service but I felt it was reasonable given the amount of work involved. The workers were very polite and took time to cover all my items with plastic and to close off the area.

Description of Work: The contractor installed a tiled drainage and sump pump system for my rental property basement. They evaluated the job site, provided a detailed estimate, offered different incentives, provided professional, talented craftsmen and ensured the job was completed on time and at the cost estimated.

Description of Work: Purchased the $49 inspection for water basement problems. It is true that other companies offer free quotes, but I was satisfied with the service and the resulting report received. I felt that paying rather getting a free quote gave me more flexibility. Inspectors were knowleadgeable and recommended what appeared to be the best course of action for my situation. I did not feel I was pushed into purchasing a service or product. This company is one of the top two contractors I would consider when I decide to go through with the project.

I found them to be very responsive and patient in answering my many questions and quelling my fears about breaking the slab. I was favorably impressed with their honesty and their apparent knowledge. I got no other estimates, so I am not really in a good position to evaluate price, but it seemed like a lot of money to me. That said, there were a number of men here for several days.

Description of Work: They gave an estimate for proposed future work which was high in cost and more extensive than I wanted or thought absolutely necessary------ I understand their policy In this matter is to provide a total fix which would be 100% guaranteed. I was looking for a more affordable solution.
