Description of Work: removed concrete floor adhacent to the front basement wall and about 1/3 of the 2 adjoining walls, dug a trench to collect water seepage from within the concrete block walls, filled with rock and liner, installed a sump pump and discharge pipe to outside, put concrete over the ditch. prior to work, moved and covered things with plastic, used an exhaust fan and cleaned up completely before leaving.

Description of Work: Checked opening around water intake pipe. Suggested using hydraulic cement to fill in that hole. Checked one wet area in one corner. Person checking out my basement said the overflowing gutter in the front of the house, along with the blocked drain pipe contributed to the problem. Since the gutter and drain pipe have been replaced, and since I had tried to wash mud off the basement outside wall, this spray may have entered the house via that route. The person checking out the house, said my having replaced the gutter and drain spout corrected the situation that caused some water to come to of the gutter and splash up against the house;

Description of Work: This was only an inspection service that I bought thru Angie's List. He arrived punctually. It was an inspection of my sump pump with a battery back pump which was installed 2 years ago by another company, and a foundation inspection. All was in order and he gave some advice which saved me some money.

Description of Work: They completed basement waterproofing in my home, the basement floor was difficult to waterproof and they did a great job! I have had no leaks since the work was done. We have had heavy rainstorms and still no leaks. I would use them again.
