Description of Work: Received on consult on source of moisture in my basement. He gave me suggestions and specific plan for correcting drainage outside. I appreciated that he was forthright in explaining that I didn't need the company's service to correct the problem at this time. Would definitely recommend this provider.

Description of Work: I had the manager to come out and explain the work to be done and the estimated cost. I plan to have the company to do the work. But, I need to get financing the work is over $30,000. |I was very impressed with the presentation and his knowledge.

Description of Work: They actually did A Great job, in regards to getting My Basement Dry again. Unfortunately I am not familiar with the technical terms for the services provided, but the Service Provider Walked and Talked me through the Entire Specifications of the job. Totally Satisfied!

Description of Work: I cannot afford to get the recommended work done on my basement, but I believe the person who came out did a thorough job in diagnosing my water problem. His recommendations made a lot of sense. I will call this company when I can afford the work.

Description of Work: They put in French drain, sump pump, & did drainage along outside of the house. They were very professional & so far basement is as dry as a bone.

Description of Work: Basement waterproofing. Cut trench at base of basement walls and installed plastic French drain and sump pump and backfilled with gravel that was covered with cement. Team of three were punctual, polite, worked hard and kept there work area clean. After the were finished I found that the cement on top of the gravel was only about an inch thick, which was much thinner than I expected. The cement cracked in several places as it cured and the company responded quickly to my complaint by sending someone to fill the cracks. As part of the process, I expected the lower portion of drywall and studs to be removed to allow access to the block wall. However, they persuaded me that this was not necessary and they could do the job without cutting the drywall. However when I was preparing the wall for painting I noticed that the wall was no longer vertical and I removed the lower 18 inches of studs and drywall to remedy this. During this process I noticed that some of the original studs and base plate were damp and decayed and had to be replaced. I would have been very pleased with their work if they had used a thicker cement layer and not taken the short cut with the drywall.

Description of Work: Inspected slightly leaky basement in particular areas and in particular conditions. Service tech very knowledgeable, gave me invaluable info and simple recommendations of things to do and ways to deal with the problems which did not need any huge remediation by his company. Very honest. Could have taken advantage of the situation and did not.

Description of Work: We paid for something that was free from the other contractors that surveyed the damage. The time spent on the inspection was minimal and focused on the current trouble area. We received the same feedback and attention from the other contractors and did not have to pay for an inspection.

Description of Work: The job was a small one and so I did not hire them. But the inspector was very knowledgeable and explained the problem. If I have any issue in the future, I would definitely call them.
