The company responded quickly to our call, they showed on time for the appointment, and they've been professional on the phone. Furthermore, we appreciated that the company did send a supervisor out for a second visit in order to make sure that the proper information had been given.

I contacted AA Action to get an estimate. I spoke with Rhonda. She was so helpful. She explained everything the inspector would do when he came out to my home. My inspector was Rob. Rob really took his time to go over why the basement was wet and how it could be fixed. I decided to have them do the job. When the crew arrived at my home the Foreman Mike Brady really made me feel comfortable with the job. Mike and his two helpers were very professional from start to finish. They keep the mess to a minimum and were really hard working. They were respectful of my stuff , keeping the dust down and covering everything with plastic. The work was done on time and I appreciated that. When the job was completed the office sent all of my warranty information and receipts. Rhonda even followed up to make sure I was happy with the job. I'm very happy and plan on giving my friend their information so she can get an estimate. Class A++ organization.

Ken Seidelman was prompt and professional. He told us our problem was not caused by a lack of waterproofing. We appreciate his honest and forthright manner.

I was tired of crooked basement companies so I decided to use Angie's list for recommendations. My basement would have water intrusion during heavy rain, so I decided to fix this issue. I used one of the paid service to ensure that they had an incentive to do a good job. The inspector was Ron and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He recommended a speedy drain and another sump pump install for my size house. He also gave me a reasonable price. After about two months of saving some money and wanting some piece of mind I decided to hire them to do my basement.

The estimate visits went very well. I had the estimator come out twice because we decided that we would like to price out some other services. The estimator was prompt, mannerly and professional. He explained the details of what would be done in a logical fashion and didn't appear to try to upswell products/services. I will provide an update once the work is completed.

I had the home up for sale and needed to get this addressed ASAP. I called to get an estimate and explained that the house was on the market and this needed to be addressed right away. The inspector came out to the home and explained what they could do to fix the problem and have the home ready for settlement. The company had Miss Utility mark the area where work was going to take place. We had the work done a few days later . They excavated the area and sealed the crack. It no longer leaks. This is very reliable company and I would recommend them.

They provided a really good service. Barbara in the office was very helpful in setting up our inspection and getting all our paperwork and lifetime warranty to us. Our field inspector George came to our home, he arrived on time and explained what needed to be done to fix our basement. The workers were very polite and left our basement very clean. The job took a little longer to do but were glad it was done correctly.

I selected this company based on location and the good things a few of my neighbors had to say about AA Action. They are right down the street from my home. I walked to their office and set up an appointment with Rhonda to have Gary come to home and see what could be done to fix my basement and crawlspace. Gary went over everything that was needed to get my basement and crawlspace dry and ready to put on the market . I decided to have them do the project and the crew did a wonderful job. My basement and crawlspace are clean and dry. I'm confident having this work done will help with the sale of my home.

Everything went really well. They waterproofing the basement and treated the mold. We have had several hard rains and the basement is DRY.

The project went very well. From our 1st contact with the company to the finishing of the job this is a professional and friendly company. We visited their office a few times and everyone there takes pride in their jobs. Our inspector Rob was great. He took his time a really went over everything that would be involved. Rhonda in the office even set up a storage pod to be delivered to the home and made arrangements to to have it picked up when we are finished with pod. The workers were hard working and treated our home with respect. Its raining today and the basement is dry. We are very pleased with AA Action.

I'd use AA again, especially with the AA engineer, Robert Chicherio, who did the review for us. We spoke to several other waterproofing and general contractors and learned that water problems can be tricky and sometimes can't be fully understood until expensive excavation takes place. We were lucky. I think the most critical factor in waterproofing is to locate a contractor with a good track record, who works well with people, with whom you are comfortable and can trust. We may use AA for some of the final work or not, but they are the right answer for us and available for further consultation as we may need.

Four days later a crew of three very polite, extremely motivated, focused and dedicated men arrived in a truck with a lot of buckets (for the cement they would have to mix!). They were very careful to remove rugs from the area they would use for ingress and egress and they proceeded to hang long drapes of plastic between floor and ceiling from their entryway all the way through the basement, sealing off their work area from the rest of the house. The crew worked for seven hours straight drilling two long trenches, laying the filtration system, installing the sump pump, resealing the trenches with new cement, digging two trenches outside to bury the new sump pipe so it drained into the drainage area AND they lengthened and buried the pipe from the original sump pump so it too drains into the drain area in the yard! This keeps the water from sinking back down alongside the foundation. When they dug these piping couses they carefully separated a narrow strip of the from the area first and then laid it back down over the top so there would be no acar. They were also careful with the strip of herb garden they had to dig up and they replaced that so all I have to do is water it. They cleaned up everything and, although there is some dust to clean up, I was never so naive as to think you can filter out every speck of dust! I am very happy with the work, the crew, Gerry, the sales rep and the whole day. All the work is guaranteed for the life of the structure NO MATTER WHO OWNS IT, and I am very pleased to have done business with such ease and confidence. Yes, jackhammers are noisy, but no one is going to do this work with their teeth! The only concern I have is for the health of the workers; crystalline cement dust is hazardous and OSHA recommends a P-, !-, or R95 respirators to protect the respiratory system. I can see how that may make it hard to do physical labor, though. The price for everything was $4000.

Everyone at the company was extremely professional and helpful. They followed up and answered all of my questions. Overall, it was silly on my part to pay $49 for an estimate of work (which I did not have done). Won't do that again and suggest Angie's List be sure offers are for real services.

Allen conducted a very thorough inspection, first with me leading him around and discussing all the problem areas, and then by himself so he could concentrate on the whole water-infiltration issue. He got a quote to me in two business days, now we need to come up with the money so we can have the work done!

It went ok but he did not listen to my concerns nor address them in the evaluation. Complete waste of time and money. tried to recommend service not asked for. The water seepage is a minor problem, not a major overhaul.

Great! The crew was prompt, efficient. They covered and took care around any furniture and sensitive things around the work area. They were really nice and seemed happy to explain the process even though they were working hard and fast. Every member of the team seemed to have a specific role in the process which they executed with speed and precision, yet showed real care for a person's home. We purchased a Foundation Inspection Big Deal, but originally, we were not satisfied with the service (it turns out what we got was the free inspection they offer, not the full inspection we paid for). After posting a negative review, AA Action contacted me the same day to apologize for the error and to offer a refund and a rescheduling of the service. He just came out and spent over an hour inspecting our foundation, gutters/downspouts, sump pump, etc. He was very helpful, and very thorough. I would definitely recommend this provider. They were very responsive and clearly pride themselves on their good reputation.

The experience was pretty straightforward. They showed up on time and were friendly and professional. After our appointment, they were very responsive to follow up emails.

We got them off Angie's List. It was kind of expensive work. It was really good. They were very receptive to our phone calls. When we have a problem they come back as soon as available to fix the problem. Overall I am very pleased with their work. We had 3 estimates but they were the lowest estimate so we went with them.
