The employees were all very friendly and polite. The person that provided the quote was very knowledgeable - he took the time to really examine the situation and explain every detail to me. The team that performed the work was excellent. They were very efficient and respectful of my house. There is not one bad thing I can say about this company, its employees or my experience.

The owner of the company made the service call. He has over 25 years of experience in his field and provided confident answer to the cause of water seepage into our basement; it was due to the window wells not being deep enough. This was an easy fix for our contractor and cost us $1,000. in labor & materials. The company that did the water removal recommended/quoted us approximately $12,000. to dig a trench throughout our entire basement & install a sump pump (which proved absolutely unnecessary). AA Action Waterproofing saved us a lot of money and performed a very professional service to benefit us greatly!

Paul Frederick seemed to be a very friendly and knowledgeable inspector. He gave advice that seemed sound and appropriate.

Excellent customer service all around. I had to cancel the scheduled appointment twice. The lady who answered my phone calls was highly professional and very accommodating. The Inspector arrived on time and did a thorough examination of the sump pump and foundation from inside and outside the house. He demonstrated expert knowledge of building foundation and basement waterproofing and gave me money saving tips. He explained to me that the crack between the building and the front porch that I was worried about is a normal result of the building settling. Following his advice, I bought a filler from Home Depot and repaired the crack myself. He also sent me a professionally written report of his inspection. He concluded that my basement is in good shape. Definitely money well spent.

Impression of the inspection was that there was more of a push to sell a new French drain system than determine exact cause of leak and solutions for it.

Paul determined that water proofing was not needed; moisture levels in the area were normal; and the water damage was due to a one-time incident several years ago. He did not suggest any unnecessary work; is very competent, honest and explained clearly the procedures and conclusions. We recommend highly him and AA Action Water Proofing.

Steve Wilson is very professional and provided knowledgeable advice on my leaking basement. Steve was very clear explaining everything in "common sense" terms. This allowed me to follow completely what he was talking about. I can't say how much I appreciate this. Additionally instead of trying to upsell me on work that I didn't need, Steve suggested fixes that were simple and straight forward. I would definitely call and use AA Action Waterproofing again. It went well. They were a little late the first day but they still finished in the time they said they would. I would definitely use them in the future.

We all agreed on possible solutions and while he was onsite he took measurements and we spoke about materials. He sat down and provided a complete, documented solution with pricing. He never pressured us into a sale and we felt that he listened to us in what we really wanted. He expressed completed understanding and knowledge on how to handle our situation. Additionally he made recommendations on how to make our yard aesthetically pleasing while fixing the issue. The overall solution was a bit pricey, however I do feel they provided us with a long term solution and we would not have to address anything in the future.

He was very nice and explained everything along the way. Didn't try to up-sell. Just some good ol-fashioned neighborly advice

I received a very professional inspection. Rob went over all the possible ways water could have entered my crawlspace. It turned out to be a do it yourself fix. I really appreciate Robs honesty. Everyone at AA Action has been very helpful. Great customer service.

The job went well. They even took out an old concrete utility tub and replaced it with a new vinyl tub. Looks really nice and the basement is clean and dry.

[Employee name removed] came to my home to provide me with an estimate on solving a drainage problem in my backyard. He described the work but then instead of selling me on services that I didn't really need, he suggested that I contact a landscaping company to re-grade my yard as a less expensive alternative to his company doing the work. It is really refreshing to know there are companies in this world that are customer-focused and have integrity. I really appreciated his advice and the fact that he did not try to sell me something I really didn't need. I will definitely call AA Action Waterproofing should I ever need their services in the future.

The person who conducted the examination demonstrated an extremely high level of professionalism and an in-depth knowledge of the work at hand. He spent more than an adequate amount of time on the project and was careful not to take his leave until he was satisfied that we understood everything that had been communicated to us. We were extremely grateful for his time and appreciative of his knowledge of his field.

It all went remarkably smoothly. Everyone showed up when they were supposed to, with sufficient crew to complete interior and exterior projects simultaneously. Dust mitigation for the interior work was fabulous; I've found NO dust so far. The breaking up of the interior cement in the back corner and it's replacement was done very neatly, with no apparent collateral damage. The exterior excavation was a very precise and limited approach that minimized damage and loss in my garden. The plants they had to dislodge they carefully dug up, protected, and replanted. They cleaned up after themselves, inside and out, beautifully. The project manager, George Hoody, was wonderful, both during the estimating phase and during the work itself -- he kept me fully informed repeatedly during the process and was wonderfully responsive when I had any question or concern, before, during, and after. The price I negotiated for the project seemed in line with other estimates.

It went well. I was hoping to get some work done but only received advice. The work I need done is very minor and this company doesn't do that type of work. However, I did get good advice and I'll be doing the work myself.

I learned of this company via an Angie's List Big Deal. It was highly rated and recent reviews were positive. The vendor phoned 45 minutes before my original appointment, informing me that Robert was running about an hour late. He arrived promptly within the new window. While I have no immediate issues, Robert explained how construction decisions could lead to some later. He made an excellent case for pro-active work, which I'm seriously considering. This would involve replacing and angling the drainage pipe, enlarging the sump pump hole, and installing a new pump. The initial quote was about $7000. I will conduct additional research before I decide. Although Robert knew that I wasn't a sure bet, he invested 30 minutes beyond the inspection to show me photos and explain how the remediation process would work. That time and customer care will likely influence my final decision.

Job was performed in a timely, professional manner.

Though we did not end up using AA Action Waterproofing, the process of providing an estimate was smooth and easy. They were able to fulfill the appointment promptly and quoted us at a very reasonable price. I can't speak to the quality of the finished work, as another company completed the work. But I was very pleased with the appointment and estimate process.

.This Company and staff really know the waterproofing business. I have had 3 companies over 30 years who did not do a good job. I have spent thousands on this water problem but now feel the problem has been properly done and I am highly satisfied. They arrived when they said they would, were very polite and professional,, did a super great job and showed me step by step what they were doing and how it should work in the future. Rhonda in the office is a superior Office Manager and was so patient and pleasant with me, no request was too much for her to take care of .... she is just plain AWESOME. The "crew" was very courteous and professional, and supervised by an outstanding leader, Laura. Laura was informative and followed up during the entire process. Her method of coordination was accommodating, beyond expectation. I would definitely recommend this company and "crew" especially.

I utilized A A Action Waterproofing to install a french drain, mold remediation and sump pump installation a month prior to this work. While there for the first job I explained to them how I had obtained estimates to do some foundation repair with a well known large company. I never told them how much the estimate was for or any details concerning the other quote given. To my surprise they were able to identify the root cause of the problem. It was the lintel to my basement entrance that was rusted and giving way in large cracks along my basement walls. The other company had proposed to install pilings underneath the floor of my basement in several areas. This was unnecessary as A A Action Waterproofing was able to show me how there were no cracks or sinking at all in the basement floor. The quote that they provided was a third of what was given to me by the other company and they were able to complete the job to my complete satisfaction. I was really impressed with the work that they had done for me previously in the basement and very happy to see the cracks repaired and the support in that corner of my home restored. I would definitely recommend them in the future for any type of repair to basement and foundation work. They also did a fine job with the sump pump and mold remediation.

Paul did a fantastic job. Was very personable and determined the problem quickly. Did not try to up sell me on any waterproofing service while he was here. While I did not end up needing their services, Paul left me with a good impression and, were I to need waterproofing in the future, they would definitely be the first ones I would contact.

All went well. I have used this company before. They have always been very reliable and provide a great service. They are very honest with their assessment of the work that needs to be done or not done. I have other homes they have inspected, they provided a report with their findings. I want my tenants to have clean and healthy home to live in and AA Action is my go to company when one of my rental properties springs a leak. They work very efficiently and treat the home like its their home.
