Description of Work: Installed floor/foundation and wall drain system, new sump pump, redid window wells and added draineg system to window wells, backup power to new sump pump and deepened the old sump pump pit. Work went for the most part but they destroyed a little too much of the floor. Other than that, they did well.

Description of Work: They water proofed one wall and installed a new big sump pump. The job was done on time. They leave behind some material I thought they should have taken. They came back and got it all.

Description of Work: We thought the installation went well. We had just moved into the house;so, when the waterbugs started appearing after the work was done we thought it was due to the wet basement and that the sump pumps and french drain would gradually eliminate the problem. We found sewage in one of the sump pump wells over a year ago. The plummer excavated the floor for the sewage leak and found a hole in the top of the sewer pipe with the perforated pipe(identical to the pipe used in the B-Dry line) wrapped around the hole. I contacted B-Dry by phone and by email. They did not deny the issue and regional supervisor was suppose to address it. That never happened. The plummer fixed the line and replaced the sump well. We have not had a waterbug / c*** roach since. B-Dry does inferior work and will not address issues in a timely manner. Their poor workmanship cost us over $3000.

Description of Work: The only complaint was they were not very thorough in taping off the area to keep dust out of the rest of the house. When I notified the manager he personally came out and cleaned things up. It was a few years ago that we used them and the work continues to keep all water out

Description of Work: Showed up on time .great clean up.found some problem that couldn't have seen on inapection.and fixed that .very happy considering had work done by another waterprooFer a couple years earlier that didn't solve problem.

Description of Work: They determined why we were getting water in the basement, it was due to land changes from our building an addition. The entire 1' edge of our large basement was tunneled out, drain installed, covered, sump pump installed. Absolutely no water since then, and we no longer panic with each rain storm. Professional and efficient service!

Description of Work: They did not show up on the day scheduled. I called them around noon on the day that they are scheduled to show up, and they said that they could not make it that day, and will start the next day. I had to take an extra day off of work because of this. The job was supposed to last for 2-3 days, and took a week. The drainage of the sub-pump was not on a slope, and the sub-pump could not pump out water. Had to get them to come back and fix that, and they charged an extra $150 to fix the issue. The sales person told us we could pay for the services when we got our insurance check, and I found out the day before that we had to pay up-front, and we could not wait until we got our insurance check. I tried to call the sales rep with all of my issues, and he would not answer the phone or call me back.

Description of Work: The workers who actually did the job were on time and excellent workers. The representative who wrote up the contract was unresponsive, never came to inspect the job, and the basement doesn't look the way it was described ;to me. The finished job is not what I expected.
