Overall things went well. Both the packing crew and the trucks showed up on time and the work was completed on time and at the price originally quoted. The crews were very professional, put down runners on the hardwood and carpeting and took care not to damage either the old or new home. The boxes were for the most part correctly labeled and all of the workers were very responsive when it came to putting things where they were supposed to go. One thing to be aware of is the fact that this is the same company as 'A Whisco Moving' and 'Worldwide Moving' out of Waldorf, MD. So while you deal with their sales staff out of St Marys county, the trucks and crews may come out of Waldorf. We had some minor 'deadloss' in the process. Unfortunately it was one of the nicer white laquer bookcases that got crunched. I put in a claim the day of the move but didn't hear back yet. It may come in right at the deductible so I'll probably have to eat it. I am done with moving for a while, but if I had to, I would recommend Quality Transfer going forward.
