Karen's Kleaning

Karen does a great job cleaning my house every other week. She is conscientious and I always love to come home on the day she cleans.

After searching for a cleaning service on Angie's List, putting together a list and and reading the feedback, I contacted Karen. Karen came to the house, confirmed the services that I wanted, the frequency (approx once a month cleaning) and quoted me a price. I interviewed others, but Karen made the best impression and had the best feedback. Karen started a few weeks or so later. Karen calls or texts with options for the days/times that she can come. Karen is always punctual and keeps me informed if she will be a little late. She is a great communicator, she is very pleasant, a true professional and she offers her help if there are other things that I may need done. I am new to this area, and Karen is a great resource - referring me to others (handyman) in the area.

I have been using KarensKleaning for a little over 3 years now. I have used many cleaning services and have had problems with some--either they broke personal items or they just didn't do a thorough clean. I haven't had any of those problems with KarensKleaning. It is Karen herself who does the cleaning. She arrives when she says she will, she communicates regularly with me, she does what she says she will, and she leaves the house in good order. Occasionally, she might leave a rag or a bottle of cleanser behind, but that's no problem. Otherwise, she's very professional. She's also available to do other types of cleaning for me if I want, or other tasks, but I haven't taken her up on any of these services yet. I have two indoor cats who shed a lot, and she always manages to find all the hairballs and tumbleweeds and take care of them. I would give her a 5 for quality but I'm very picky. I don't know of any cleaning service that I've ever used that I'd give a 5 to. I will say, though, that I trust Karen with my key to clean my house while I'm gone.
