Pool/spa project started in March 2022. To this date, almost 3 years later, the project has yet to be completed: both the pool and spa are leaking, at the astounding rate of over 1,000 gallons a week. This has been an ongoing problem since September 2022, yet not only has not it been fixed, but Mr. Phillips stopped returning calls for many months. Stay away!

I was impressed with the salesman (who did the estimate) for installing a new walkway to my house. His estimate arrived in a timely manner and he answered questions completely and promptly. He kept in touch with me about the timing of the work and was responsive when I contacted him while the job was being done. However, I was not as impressed with his workers. They were not very friendly (not because they didn't speak much English. I spoke to them in Spanish) and it seemed that they wanted to cut corners using less crushed stone than had been promised. They were visibly unhappy to have to add more. In the end, the work was nicely done.

Excellent communication and competitive pricing. Project met my expectations. Scott answered all my questions promptly and explained all the different options available.

Phillips started on time and completed the work on time. Everything was done professionally. There were even some additional touches that Phillips did that I was not expecting but which I was very pleased (they took away the timbers from a garden I had planted, but had not used in years and they put down fresh dirt, straw and grass seed in the old garden area. A beautiful touch. The wall looks just like we had been told it would look. They were a bit expensive, but well worth it for professionalism!!

Tom Phillips is a class act, very professional and his prices are reasonable. He has gone above and beyond typical expectations by being available at the drop of a dime to assess the site. Our project is not completely finished but so far we are very pleased

Tom was completely professional and friendly. Tom brought the light fixture he recommended with him -- it was so superior to any other product -- solid brass. The cost was essentially the same as other products but it was far better made and the wiring was also far better. He installed it as soon as we wanted it and it looks fantastic.
