I had to turn them away since they were not honoring the price they charged me before with the exact same coupon. Wanted to charge me more than $250 extra. I tried to explain tp the lady at their office that I had used the same coupon for years ( I have many saved in the house folder I have) and I had the invoice from several years ago for her to see. Exact coupon+ Same house ! She did not want to accept it. Also in their coupons states that larger homes SLIGHTLY higher. Coupon price was $245 and they charged me $275 before which was reasonable. Now they wanted to change it to $500 with exact coupon. It just does not make sense and what they did was very unprofessional. Also she did not care that we were their clients for many years. Mostly we did window washing. I have attached the invoice which clearly said ALL WINDOWS and SIDING CLEANING. Also I have attached 3 coupons for 2017-2019

Admittedly I was curt because of a lame excuse and, no apology, with her talking over me, added to the effrontery of telling me when the next available appointment would be . Incredibly unprofessional and obviously they have enough work. Needless to say they're not getting mine.

It was their 2nd job of the day; they got delayed but gave us plenty of notice when they would arrive and then did show up at that time. Very efficient and did a very good job with all aspects of the work they did. Reasonably priced and were able to accommodate our schedule easily.

They are excellent. They came out, cleaned everything including storm windows and screens. They cleaned up after themselves and they have great prices.

Flores worked with us on the estimate and went back to check their work at all properties after report of one missed gutter

Everything went well except they didn't cover my garden and got some of the deck cleanser on my tomato plants. Language was more of a problem this year so I will make sure to reinforce protecting the garden next year.

We have used the company many times in the past. There is a communication problem but their work was always good. They were never prompt. Last April we contacted them several times to wash windows and clean gutters. Twice the did not show up as scheduled. They finally showed up w/o notice and I did not allow them to do any work. Even tho I paid more money I found someone more reliable.

I have used this company for several years and have always been very pleased with the service.

Flores Cleaning Services did a great job. They were on time, and did a great job cleaning the windows and gutters. Joe is fantastic and was very helpful in pointing out some minor things that he recommended I get fixed. I would not have noticed these on my own and gave reasonable price quotes and was not pushy in me getting the services. Also, Joe kept his word on the prices that he quoted me on a screen replacement during Flores previous gutter cleaning in the prior yearr. I am very grateful for Joe and his team. I have used Flores Cleaning Services / Matrix Cleaning Services for my gutters for approximately 5 years and they do a nice job.

They power washed the deck and did a good job. However when it came to the windows they did not clean the sills. They had a special for $99 for a 12 by 15 deck (my deck is smaller) and $5 per window. After completing the deck and 12 windows, they handed me a bill for $350. I told them that is not what I was told and that. I'd pay them $200 which is more than what the total should actually have been. They did not speak English so I wrote down what they bill should have been and what I was willing to pay. They went out to their truck where an older gentleman was sitting. They returned with a corrected bill for $200. They were very polite, but just negotiate what you are paying up front.

My experience went very well. The staff is professional, trustworthy and knowledgeable in their field.The pricing is reasonable and I would recommend this company to others.

They were excellent! They were outstanding! The price was pretty reasonable. I think it was about $5 a window and we have a lot of big windows. They were great! It was great service and reasonable. They were efficient, they came on time, and did a great job.

He was very good and he did very well. He was very friendly and he left my baby birds in the nest up on the 3rd floor. He was very nice and he looks nice. His price and quality was good. He was on time and he works for anybody. His professionalism was very good. It's hard to find somebody and he's a good worker. I will continue to use him in the future.

I have used this company befor for power washing, my siding, and they did a great job. This time I needed a lot more done, and they did it all. When I initially called, I was told that they were actually fairly busy and they would call me back with a good time to come out and writean estimate. They came out on a Saturday to give me the estimate, and I was immediately pleased with the price. Since I had used them in the past, I had no reservations about using them again. I called on Monday to set up atime and date for the work. The job required multiple trips, but everything was done in a timely and efficient manner. First, the roof was cleaned, not power washed. Next, the deck was power washed. Then the siding was power washed. This was on a Thursday. We paid a little over half of the cost at this time. The following Tuesday, they returned to stain and seal the deck and front porch railing. It was a big job, but they had a three man crew and worked for approximately 5 hours. They packed up their truck and I paid them the balance. My roof looked almost new, the siding actually shines, and water on the deck beaded up during the last rain. It also looks really nice. This company is professional, extremely resonably priced, and good at what they do. Satisfied would be an understatement. We are extremely pleased.

They removed all screens also moved furniture to get to the windows . Cleaned inside and outside of all the windows and reinstalled all the screens . All was done professionally .

The company was not able to provide the service as quickly as we wanted but when they arrived they got right to work and did a very good job.
