Description of Work: We needed to have entire roof and gutters replaced. The workers were polite, careful, helpful. They even cleaned up every day over the ~10 days it took to do this large project. Very good experience. (Bid was expensive, but reasonable as such things go). They came highly recommended for some flood repair they did for a friend. I have now recommended them to others and would not hesitate to use again. |ps. the guys like muffins

However, as it is with all contractors, they need to finish other jobs before they can get to you, waiting at times is inevitable as they need to keep their work options rolling. | |Everything from the roof, siding, windows, drywall and paint has been done to our liking. They discarded all damaged areas, cleaned and sealed my home to eliminate smoke and water damage and odor that could be left behind. There has been issues with some of the construction, however when the team was immediately notified of the concern, they quickly fixed it without complaints. This company is "one-stop-shopping" for salvage, cleaning, storage, rebuild, and moving back in which made this the selling point for me to ultimately choose this company. I used email and texting as my main form of communication. I do feel, without the use of technology, this company would be pretty hard to communicate with on a frequent basis. I do not have a opinion on the price as my re-build and restoration costs were taken care of by my insurance company. | |In closing, I have a beautiful new home. I would hire this company again in the future. | |
Description of Work: I had a house fire and needed my existing home rebuilt. I did not need my entire home re-built, just restored to original condition. I needed a fire restoration company and there were very few to choose from in our area. This company was on the scene immediately for estimate and advice. Took all washables and professionally cleaned what was able to be salvaged. They took all salvageable furniture and inner contents of my home for cleaning and restoration then on to storage facility until construction of my home was complete. Nothing was ever thrown away without my approval.

Description of Work: Hunter Abell, was very responsive to our ideas.His employees are all highly skilled. He replaced our sheetrock walls, put a ceiling in, new lighting, and had a carpet company. All of his work was superior. I've worked with many contractors in my 32 years, Jack Abell;'s is clearly the best.

Description of Work: they screwed up my house after a house fire and i will not recemmend them for anyone else that has the same problem. do not let them do your house they will mess it up, please believe me i know first hand. my parents got them when our house burnt out back in 2000 and really they screwed our house up. it was in the middle of winter and they had holes in the roof and they turned the gas heat on up to 90 and ran all the gas out of our propane tank.
