We were very pleased with the work completed. Our roof is quite steep with a 12/12 pitch and is three stories high on two sides. The crew was comprised of seven men who worked **** ** this four day job. We were kept well informed regarding when they would arrive and how the work was progressing. We met regularly with the foreman and with the company owner. Both were helpful and conscientious. They took pride in their work and doing a top quality job was clearly important to them. Our house is located in an area that receives 120+ inches of snow annually and ice build-up on roofs is also a concern. We requested and received materials that are designed to prevent future damage. The owner explained how the roofing underlayments worked and why he recommended these materials. The crew cleaned up after each day of work and did an excellent job of cleaning up the grounds after the job was completed. The workers were friendly and cheerful. I would unhesitatingly select this company again.

Mike Sainz, owner, was as honest, accommodating, easy going, and responsible as any contractor I have used in Garrett or Montgomery counties. He kept me well informed by phone and email. Even sent pictures to show progress. . Found a problem in our home's construction and worked around it. Took care of a lot of small detains we never knew about. His work is high quality and he uses high quality materials. His crew cleaned up after each visit. Except for a few nails, our property was left cleaner than I had kept it. He did get backed up by the weather last winter and didn't get to us as planned, but he got is done early in the Spring as soon as it stopped snowning Mid march) and got the job done as quick as he could . He kept me informed of every change and every opportunity to finish the job as quick as possible His price was very competitive with other bids. I am very happy. I recommend All Superior Roofing without any reservations.

We are very pleased with the work. The crew is hardworking, professional and polite. They found and fixed a leak that has plagued us for 20 years. All work was very neat. They cleaned up daily and performed a through final cleanup. You will likely pay a bit more for their services but I feel it is worth it.

They were great! Mike explained the options, and the crew did a terrific job. NO NAILS! They really cleaned up after themselves. I would use them again, no doubt.

I had excellent service, they showed up on time and got the roof repair done rather quickly. We currently have a one layer roof and could get another layer before we have to have to starting over all together. We decided to go with the repair along with other issues that needed to be fixed and wait to get the next layer at another time. I feel like they knew what they were doing and had seen other roofs they had done in the neighborhood, which looked really nice. I would hire them again and feel like I was getting the job I paid for.

Mike Sainz of all superior roofing came to my home in Oakland MD which is 45 minutes from his office. He lent me samples of shingles to choose the right color. The work began as scheduled. His crew did a very good job with Mike always on site. The cleanup was also very good. There was attention to detail with drip edges , valleys and freeze board . He also arranged for new gutters to match the trim. The job was completed in a timely fashion with only minimal weather delays. I am very happy with the finished product and recommend this company without reservation.

I requested two estimates, one to install sofit, fascia, and gutters where they were missing on the rear of our building due to some previous construction, and another to replace shingles on a near-flat roof, where a local handy-man had installed them improperly and used the wrong product for the application. After my initial call, Melanie contacted us promptly and Mike arrived when she indicated he would to evaluate the work. He didn't have a long enough ladder or a helper to get on the roof, so he measured for the sofit, fascia, and gutter work, and told us he would return in a few days with helpers to get up on the roof and evaluate the roofing work. He knew what the problem was before he even went up there, but he returned in a few days like he said, and not only evaluated the existing roofing, but made some immediate repairs to stop the leaking. He explained that warmer temperatures are necessary install the product that our roof requires, so we plan to have him complete the roofing job in the Spring. They sub'ed the aluminum and gutter work, and the workers arrived earlier than expected, and completed the job as proposed. I am satisfied with my experience to date with All Superior Roofing and look forward to having them return to do more work for us in Spring 2011. I am impressed with their honesty, responsiveness, and service.

I needed to replace my cedar shake roof because of mold and problem with flying squirrels, which had invaded my attic through the shakes. Mike Sainz of All Superior Roofing worked with me every step of the way from choosing shingles to a very fair bid for the project. Mike and his hard working crew arrived on time and did an excellent job with attention to detail and thorough clean up. i think the job was bigger than anticipated ,but no complaints from Mike, who was on site the whole time directing the work. They even cleaned my skylight and spot painted the trim where needed. A very professional job. I am very happy with the result and recommend them without reservation.

I had recently bought an old house that had an aged roof but was not leaking. This contractor gave me the best estimate. The crew installed the roof very professionally, it looked great! Mike gave me a discounted price on upgraded textured shingles. He also replaced the face of the attic siding with designer shingles that resembled the original sculptured slate. Mike showed interest in making my house look great with a roof that will last a long time. He takes pride in his work.

This company did an excellent job of replacing the old roof we had. They were always punctual and cleaned up really well when the job was finally finished. We thought the price came right in where we thought it should and we will use them again, if and when we have to.
