RHS Heating and Air Conditioning

Sean called us back almost immediately from our online request. He came out the next day, and explained everything in easy to understand ways. He worked quickly, explained all the steps and parts, and kept us up to date on costs -which were completely reasonable. He was honest, down to earth, and very fair. He educated us on how our system works and is set up, and made this a super easy process. I highly recommend this company!

I contacted RHS to inspect our air ducts and determine if it was causing condensation to drip onto our ceiling. Sean was very professional and was able to schedule a house call within a few days. I received a reminder text message of the appointment as well as text on the day of the appointment to let me know Sean was on his way. Sean is polite and climbed into our attic to conduct the inspection. Afterwards, Sean determined that our roof might have a hole in it because the air ducts were still in great condition. The house call took about 45 minutes and I appreciate Sean's honesty in determining the problem. Will hire again for HVAC work.

Boy, am I glad I did. Shawn (RHS) came out on Monday, gave me a reasonable estimate and completion timeframe and today (Thursday) I'm a happy customer. The unit's installed and we have heat for approximately $700. less than the competitor's quote. Nice job Shawn and RHS!

Sean arrived on time, diagnosed the problem as a clogged line. He cleared it and gave me some tips on what needs to be done to properly maintain the unit.

As always, RHS provided prompt service, advised us on ways to reduce energy consumption costs, and quickly identified our small issue that was causing irregular temperatures in our building.
