My sump pump stopped just as the rain from Zeta was hitting our area. I have a significant water problem and within a short period of time the water was inches deep in part of my basement. They said they would be there in an hour and they were there within the hour and was able to replace the sump pump before the water reached the furnace, water heater, washer/dryer etc. The service was excellent and the cost very good. That the cost was good was validated by a call from the company that originally put in the sump pump. I had called them first and after Remedy had completed the job and had been gone for half an hour I received a call to say they had a person available. He asked what I had paid and the brand of sump pump, he said it was the brand they used and that I had gotten a good deal. Remedy will be who I call for future plumbing needs.

The company was fast in responding and sending out the technician and complete the job. The only issue I have is that they told me they would use a 1/2 HP garbage disposal to replace my 1/2 HP existing one. But in fact, they did not notice me until my tenant sent a photo of the completed job, that they used a 1/3 HP product instead. I messaged them for a response but never got one.

I highly recommend Remedy. I had a stubborn sink clog that I absolutely could not fix. Rema was very friendly and explained everything he was going to try and why. Suffice it to say the sink clog was fixed and I am very pleased.
