Rema contacted me shortly after I inquired of HomeAdvisor re a clogged toilet, which overflowed even with the supply line shut off, when an adjoining bathroom toilet was flushed. He offered to come immediately, despite being past his posted hours. I'd already invited another contractor, who said they could be there the next day by lunchtime. When they hadn't shown or called by 130, I called for estimated time of arrival, and got voicemail. I called again at 215, and was told they would probably get to me by 330 or 4 pm. I cancelled and called Rema at Remedy. He was there within 30 minutes. He explained the possible causes, and the factors that could impact the total cost; he showed me task rates from a large firm for comparability. He then resolved the clog, pointed out failed fill valves in two toilets and a leaky control valve in one. Upon my approval, he replaced the failed components, and verified proper operation, for a very fair price. He was prompt, attentive, careful and thorough. I would certainly use his services again.

Remedy came quickly to replace worn out sump pump. New pump was carefully installed for a good price. We are very satisfied.
