I had a kitchen sink clog. After trying to clear it for 2 days gave up and decided to call a plumber. Mr. Rema was fast, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. I put in my request and I got a call immediately. He was at my house within 30 minutes. He did a thorough inspection, asked me about the history of the problem, and offered a very very reasonable price quote. I accepted his quote and Mr. Rema did the work on the spot. I will use him again. Interesting part of the story is that Mr. Rema installed our garbage disposal about four years ago when he worked with another company. He was fantastic then (the disposal works perfectly) and he is fantastic now. I am glad we reconnected and I will use him for future pluming repairs.

First of all, he doesn't like to write a receipt for the payment made, he only knows the reason why. I hired him for a clogged kitchen pipe he charged and he charged $300.00. The next day, it was clogged again and I called him and he became rude, disrespectful and hanged up on me. I called him several times and he won't pick up his phone.

Remedy was prompt with the scheduled time to service my problem. He was quick to see the problem and fixed it quickly and quietly.
