I received a prompt introductory phone call, he arrived punctual. Saw my sewage drain stopped up in the laundry room and immediately knew how to attack the blockage. 40 mins later clog was gone and he was done.

I love the services

Well the price was too high for the work he did.

For a simple drain clear, cleaning it was overpriced. The plumber was calling to ask if he could come by earlier than the scheduled time, I agreed and explained our schedule & requested he call first. He did not call - just showed up an hour and a half earlier! Work was completed quickly, however I don't plan to contact Remedy again.

I had a drain line clogged causing an overflow from my basement wet bar leaking onto the floor when the dishwasher or kitchen sink were being used. I called on a Sunday and received prompt, courteous service the same day. I paid $450 to have 2 lines snaked out. 2 hours after he left we ran the dishwasher and flooded the basement again. He said we needed a water jet drain cleaner to get the pipes clear of what was clogging it but he didn't own one. He offered a number of a person to call that had such a machine. I just went and rented an electric one and a snake. I called the plumber to let him know we still had the leak and told him I was going to fix it myself with the rental equipment. He said I couldn't and that it was too hard to do and recommended I call his friend and pay lots more money to have it fixed. Plumber $450 = still clogged Me & $125 rental equipment = Problem solved. It's not that hard to use a sewer jet. Plug it into a garden hose. Plug the cord into an outlet and run the line through the clogged drain line. In this case my clean out in the basement wall. If not for the prompt response and getting to me quickly I would give this a one star.
