Was polite and professional but didn't have the tools needed to properly unclog my underground gutter drain which was clogged with roots. Tried a mechanical auger that he had but that was all he could do and only pulled thin roots which helped but didn't completely unclog the drain.

Paid $304 for my clogged drain to be snaked out. The original quote was **$375.00**, but when I asked for Disable Veteran/Senior Citizen discount, the response was, **$375 is your discounted price... we usually charge $450, but we will give it to you for $304** Total time involved: less than 45 minutes. Very efficient, but also very expensive for a retired pensioner. Remedy is a small family owned company and employee was polite, but when they saw how big and nice my home is, they jacked up the price as high as possible, something I have encountered many times before.

The service was outstanding, and they came quickly! Mr. Chhakchhuak was careful, took note to point out some other issues I might have in the future (without trying to upsell me) and worked hard to finish the job with as little extra work as possible. He ended up getting it without having to do anything extra, and I was charged exactly as quoted, a price which was much lower than some of the big chain plumbers. I would HIGHLY recommend him and by extension the whole company. I just moved here, and they are now my official go-to plumbers.

I am very happy about the work but I paid 600.00 for a very small job. He cut a pipe and put a cover, then he fixes a sing pipe that was broken and snake two drains. He said everything was 495.00 and then he said it was 150.00 on top of that. I was very upset that he change the price agreed on at the end. I had more things to get a fix and he did not want to.

Work was completed the next day. Replaced leaking faucet as well. Very pleased with service.

I would recommend Remedy P&D to anyone needing a plumber. They were fast to respond and schedule an appointment for a free estimate. The plumber arrived on time and was dressed in a professional company uniform. The plumber also recommended a quick cost saving option for fixing my upstairs bathroom drain. Instead of trying to make a quick buck by over charging me on a simple fix he advised me to save the cost and do his recommendation.

I chose Remedy for my sump pump replacement. They came on time for the estimate and quoted me a very competitive initial price. They were even will to go a little further to win the business for work that day. Although I wasn't planning to do the job the same day, I called them back after the estimate and hearing pricing from two others. They came back within an hour, quickly did the work and showed me how my system operates. It's so quiet as compared to the old one. I'm already considering them for a separate plumbing job.
