Rema and his wife were really nice and professional over the phone. Rema called me to let me know he was coming and they were available on a Sunday! When everyone else wanted to charge me for a new garbage disposal Remedy was willing to repair it. He explained to me what the problem was and when I asked quoted me a price. All of the work took about 20 mins tops but it's two things off of my list and I can probably wash dishes again. The $175.00 cost was later negotiated to $150.00 which I honored but I did feel it was a tad bit expensive. However, the work was excellent and it was on a Sunday. So I took everything into consideration. If you want to have a good job done and support a family owned business where the owner takes pride in their work and actually does the work themselves work with REMEDY..they were excellent!

I spoke with Remedy Plumbing before hiring him to unstop an outside drain in the basement stairwell. He said it would be about $100.00 on the phone. Upon arrival, he saw how backed up the drain was and that it was threatening to run into the house thru the basement door. His price changed to $379.00, and he proceeded to snake the outside drain and vacuum the sump pump out. A total time of 20 minutes. OUTRAGEOUS! My daughter called me as soon as he left and told me, Mom you got taken, $379.00 for something that took only 20 minutes. I would not recommend this company/individual to anyone, and I believe should be removed from HOME ADVISOR. I have hired another plumber to do quite a bit of work in my house. Replace 2 toilets and 2 vanity install a new dishwasher and stove, install a new garbage disposal. I buy all the necessary materials to complete this job. Cost $800.00. Reasonable price for all the work that needs to be done.

Rema, the owner, responded quickly and came within a couple of hours. He did a very good job and left the area clean. Courteous, reasonable, responsive, prompt, and professional. Five stars!!

Three plumbers tried to fix our clogged sink but he is the only one who succeeded. Ask for Rema, he is verygood!
