He arrived at the appointed time and did the job well. He replaced my sump pump quickly and kept the work area clean. He charged me a reasonable rate, too.

Rema was very knowledgeable and efficient. My sump pump had stopped working and water was backing up. He was at my house within two hours of my posting to Home Advisor. Remedy also charged me way less than the larger companies quoted to me on the phone. I would recommend to everyone with plumbing or drainage issues that they call Remedy!!

I had to replace my sump pump, with battery back up. The job was able to be completed the same day, which made my wife and I happy campers. It was completed within the prescribed time frame. No mess was left behind. My minor hiccup was the credit card fee. That needs to be disclosed up front, as it could weigh into my choice of vendor. Despite that, I would hire them again when and if the need arises.

Schedule for the same day came the next day.Was there for a hour to snake my toilet went 100ft out.The small rag was not recovered.Started with one price had to negotiate for another.Too much money for an hour work close to $500!!!
