Rema, the owner, was responsive to my first contact and arrived within the hour. He assessed the problem and explained something that no one did before regarding roof venting that needs to occur with toilets and draining. I didn t know that and if the problem occurs again, he recommended that the roof vent be cleaned out. Thanks, Rema. I will definitely call Remedy Plumbing for future needs.

After I put my Name and number in Home Advisor, They actually called me! And offered to come out the same day! and it was Sunday between Christmas and New Years. He came, got here when he said he was going to (how rare is that!) was very nice, and unclogged our kitchen drain and cleaned up when he was done. And he did not charge extra for being a weekend - charged a reasonable price. Prompt, courteous, and professional. We will definitely use him again!!

He showed up within the hour, gave me an estimate I felt was in the range of replacements, especially considering it was a Sunday mid day. he completed the work in a timely manner and explained we had a one year labor warranty and a three year manufacturers warranty.
