Remedy Plumbing and Drain Cleaning

Remedy had to take my toilet apart to fix my clog now I have use of my bathroom again. He was very friendly, explained everything and am definitely recommending this company to everyone I know. I will use Remedy again if another plumbing problem occurs.

I called Remedy at 7:30am to request a new toilet installation, and they were able to get it done the same day at a very reasonable price. The technician took his shoes off before entering the house and kept his mask on the entire time. He was professional and courteous, as was the office personnel I spoke with. They removed the old toilet, installed the new toilet, processed the paperwork, and disposed of the old toilet, all in less than an hour. I would highly recommend Remedy Plumbing and will certainly use them again if needed.

I contacted Rema on Saturday. He got back and came on the next day. He removed his shoes. He installed a new flush valve that I supplied. He had to replace the existing fill valve. The existing fill valve would not fit the new flush valve. He clean up and there were no problems. It worked fine.

Owner came out promptly when we called for a sewer line backing up into our basement. His quote was better than another we received an hour before, and he had the equipment ready to go immediately. He cleared the blockage and advised us to pursue a video inspection because of a snag in the line (possible rupture in the pipe and/or tree root) that likely contributed to the backup.

Super punctual and efficient service. Requested a service call and tech came next morning. Was able to fix toilet block in 30 minutes. Fair price.

Rema is best reached by phone or text, very friendly, clear, and reliable. He was able to come out 2 days after I called (it wasn't an emergency) and asked me to text photos of my toilets in advance so he could bring the right parts, which he did. Inspected all 7 issues I wanted looked at, explained that 2 didn't need fixing, 1 couldn't really be fixed without a bigger reconfiguration I wasn't ready to do at the time, and fixed my remaining 4 issues quickly and easily. I appreciated his honesty about what did or didn't need a repair, and everything has continued to work well since he left.

It went very, very well. They showed up on time and stayed late to get our basement put back into tip top shape as quickly as possible. It took approximately six weeks to complete the full job. They would have finished sooner if I didn't have to have this special shower surround, me and my bright ideas which went on back order as we entered into pandemic mode! But I loved it all when they finished. I have two sump pumps and they are my go-to team ANYTIME I have problems. Again, they show up quickly and do great work!

Excellent service. The technician (I am blanking on his name) was very professional. He looked at the issue (clogged drain), gave me a couple of options, we chose one, he proceeded with unclogging the drain and voila, no more issue. Thank you!

We had a small problem: fill-valve in a toilet leaking into the tank when filling. Not an emergency, but noisy and irritating. We called Remedy and Rosiam came the next morning and fixed it quickly, professionally, and at a very reasonable price. Great service!

My garbage disposal went out. I called multiple plumbers. Rema, the owner, responded immediately on a Saturday. He serviced my garbage disposal the next day, a Sunday, and did not charge an emergency fee. Rema arrived on time, very professional, and friendly, I would highly recommend Rema of Remedy plumbing.

Two gentlemen showed up- ON TIME and both had masks on and were very polite. Per my request, they texted when they were close so I could get my large dog settled. They took out the old garbage disposal and installed new one. The space under my sink is very tight, so it was not an easy job! They completed the job- did not leave any trash behind. Very clean and very respectful.

It went well. Work was performed same day, and the company owner was flexible with cost. We would use Remedy again.

After making an appointment, Rema came and replaced the valve.

Date: 12/29/2020 : Not is going as planned I didn't realize he was going to charge me so much until after he started the job. He wants $4,000 now and I'm not sure why. I need a complete break down of the cost and we need to negotiate on the price. No reason for it to be this much. Update 02.03.2021: Base on performance member was great. He knows what he was doing.

Prompt response, great communication - I was provided ETA and then adjusted ETA due to traffic, work performed on time, quote matched the work, technician used mask, explained the process, overall - happy to hire again when needed next time. Recommend.

They were very cautious of covid. They did a great job everything worked fine everything was tested after the job was completed and they cleaned up. Yes I would hire them again.
