Inspectors were on time and conducted a detailed inspection (3.5 hours) on an older home. The inspectors were professional, informed us of areas of concern, and addressed any questions that we had. Extremely impressed with the overall service and would definitely hire Pro-Spex again.

The inspector arrived early (always a good thing) and his inspection was complete, thorough, and educational.

Dan Fournier was unreal (Awesome) ! We’ve had many home inspections over the years -mostly from realator referrals and by far Dan was the best. I found Pro Spex on the internet and I feel like I hit the jack pot. Dan met all our expectations and I would highly recommend him to anyone. From the time I called I felt in good hands. Pro Spex scheduling department (they were great as well) sent me the right inspector for my needs and we are very grateful. Dan was very thorough and answered all our questions. Everything went perfect. Great company to work with from start to finish. I was extremely impressed with the quality of the product and thoroughness of the inspection. Steve was amazing to work with. He really took the time to explain everything to us. He pointed out everything, good and bad. Was very honest if he wasn't clear on something. He caught roof issues that I would have never noticed, SAVED ME BIG TIME! Can not recommend Pro-Spex enough! My realtor was so impressed with them that she is going to start recommending them as well. Only reason for C in professionalism is that they sold my information to local companies and I started to receive phone calls about products that I was not interested in who said they were referred by ProSpex.

Joe Clavey performed our pre-purchase home inspection. From my first interaction with him, he was amazingly professional and friendly. He invited me to follow him throughout the inspection and took time at each and every space to explain to me the condition of the items we were looking at, and what normal should look like. He always made sure to ask if I had any questions, and was patient and polite throughout the entire process. It was only a visible inspection, but I still felt like he was incredibly thorough in each area. The inspection report was easy to read and detailed each and every discrepancy we discovered, with photos and arrows making it incredibly simple to share with my agent and family. I would definitely work with this provider again.

Joe Clavey was a extraordinary inspector. We wanted someone who would be meticulous and leave no potential problem unexamined. Joe was all that and more. He came early and spent over 6 hours on the inspection, carefully reviewing every inch of the house and explaining his process, what he was finding and how to maintain the house. He was patient, warm and polite. He loved answering questions and clearly aimed to do the best job possible. He climbed the tall roof, crawled into the overhead attic and squeezed under decks and into small spaces, always taking photos and writing notes. We were so enthralled with the extra time and his conscientiousness, we wanted to show our gratitude with a tip and he waved it away. We definitely chose the right company and the right inspector. We feel we are buying this home with a full understanding of its strengths and its potential issues. We highly recommend you hire this inspector if you are considering a home purchase.

It was great. The Inspector Mr. Blanc was very professional and thorough. The work was worth the time and money. He pointed out things I would not have been able to dictate on my own. He educated us on a lot of features in the house. At first I was skeptical about the inspection for a new home, but after this experience I would recommend that you have an inspection done. I am so grateful to Pro-Spec and in particular Pro-Spec inspector Dan...grateful but heartbroken as the results of his thorough inspection of the dream home I was intending to purchase revealed significant structural problems, all difficult to see/access (whether intentionally hidden or just really bad choices in hiring contract construction workers, who knows, but the outcome is the same): the problems are so severe that the house is not sound as it appears and will require major (and very expensive) remedy. Dan not only located and identified the problems, he patiently took time to talk with me directly to make sure I understood as he offered thorough explanation of what he found and what the issues were/are (even though this was clearly bad news and I was so disappointed). Whether I end up purchasing this home or return to searching for my new home elsewhere, I will be relying on Pro-Spec for either re-inspection or inspection of a new property. Prompt, thorough, and highly professional.

Dan did a great job. He took his time and was VERY thorough. He even climbed up on the flat roof in the rain. He identified several issues that we, as very experienced home buyers, did not see. It was DEFINITELY worth the expense. His findings more than paid for the cost in our negotiations

It went great. Dan was very thorough, very engaged, methodical, knowledgeable. informative and personable. I could tell right away he loved what he did and had my best interests in mind. He pointed out significant issues that will impact my decision moving forward on the property. He also encouraged me to reach back out to him for any reason/questions I may still have in reference to his findings and even encouraged me to have any contractors who may do work on the property, as a result of his findings, reach out to him as well should they have any questions or need further direction or clarification on anything.
