Description of Work: We used Pro-Spex for our home inspection and Radon and termite tests for our home inspection, as they came highly recommended. Our inspector, Dan, was very knowledgeable and very thorough, he was also excellent at explaining any issues he found and educating us about how the systems in our new house operate and how best to maintain our new house. Very happy with the service received and will use again.

Description of Work: The team at ProSpex was fantastic! As a first time home buyer, I found their professionalism reassuring and their personal touch really helped me feel prepared and make good decisions about my new home. Yvonne was on the end of the email and phone whenever I needed her, and home inspector Chris Quick was thorough and patiently explained each step he took in evaluating the home. Would recommend them to anyone and will definitely look for an opportunity to work with them again!

Description of Work: The inspector, Chris, was great. He took time to go over each part of the house and how/where everything was located in the home (I.e. how to change the filters, where to shut off the water) in addition to a few things that need to be updated prior to moving in. Overall, he was very organized and I could not have asked for a better home inspection. Thanks Pro Spex!

Description of Work: The inspection took 2.5 hours. The inspector was very thorough and knowledgeable. He used a drone to inspect the roof. The report is very detailed with helpful recommendations.

Description of Work: Inspector was on site early for appointment, and very thorough (4 hours for a 2200+ sf SFH). Inspector was friendly, but didn't encourage us to stay by his side during inspection and didn't provide general information about home systems, nor did offer any guesstimates on repairs of various systems (unlike other home inspectors we've worked with in the past). | |Inspection report was provided very quickly, but was not as detailed as reports from other home inspectors we've worked with. Expect various additional charges from Pro Spex for items such as crawlspace inspections or detached garages, which make the cost significantly higher than work done by other home inspectors. | |Ability to schedule with a home inspector online is helpful, but follow-up to the initial email I receive was disorganized. I had to call multiple times to speak to a representative, and was informed that the inspection did not appear on their schedule more than 24 hours after I had received a confirmation from the company.

Description of Work: Dan was very through and did a fabulous job. Very knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy. We arrived 20 minutes early to the inspection and he was already there surveying the property!

Description of Work: Inspected part of my home. They were very professional and told me I did not need a full inspection and didn't charge me the full price. They also canceled the termite inspection as it wasn't needed. I was very pleased with their honesty.

Description of Work: I was happy with the inspection overall, it was just a bit expensive and a key element was left out of the report.

Description of Work: Thorough and informative house inspection. Yvonne and Glen were great to work with. Glen was very conscientious and paid attention to detail. I contacted Yvonne with questions over a year later and she took the time to dig up the inspection and go through it with me!
