Steve was a great home inspector. He was thorough, explained everything in detail and provided very helpful information about how to maintain our new home. I felt like we were in great hands.

Pro-Spex was fantastic. Saved me from potentially buying a real lemon. Matthew Nunez and Warren Smith were the techs assigned to inspect my property. Matthew inspected the house and was very thorough and detailed. My father and I asked him lots of questions and followed him everywhere he went and Matthew was completely professional, courteous and kind. He answered all of our questions and pointed out a lot of issues with the house. He was detailed and meticulous at leaving no nook or cranny unturned. Warren inspected the sewer and was extremely informative about what he was seeing and what that might mean for me were I to purchase that property. He stayed after and talked to my father and I after the work was completed and had a lot of great information. Thank you to Matthew, Warren, and Pro-Spex. Well worth the money and I will hire them again!

The inspector, Joe Clavey, arrived promptly on time, was most courteous and relatable, and it was clearly evident that he did a thorough and competent job. He made clear recommendations about our roof even before he sent the written report, and the report was professionally done. Lastly, Joe did not recommend any company that could do the repair work needed--which demonstrates that there was no conflict of interest in his evaluation. My wife and I are most happy with this experience with Pro-Spex.

Dan Fournier came out and performed the home inspection. Dan was thorough, period. This was my tenth home purchase and ... by far, he is the best inspector I ever used. What really made me write a review (and I very rarely write any positive or negative one) was that after the inspection he responded to my questions and was as helpful and willing as before he got paid. Stephen Pilara: This inspector is one of the best inspectors a home buyer would ever dream of, hands down. My Experience: I am a first time home-buyer and Stephen P very professional. He arrived early! introduced himself and got straight to work. My entire inspection was a education lesson for me. I learned so much about the homes history, maintenance and repairs. He was extremely thorough and TOOK HIS TIME. This is the type of inspector you want. Not someone who will rush through your home, and avoid explaining and breaking down concepts to you. You want someone like Stephen who is KNOWLEDGEABLE, PATIENT AND METICULOUS. When Chris came out, he did a great job with the inspection -- including walking us through and explaining what was going on.
